Well week 1 / did good until Friday . Kept weight up .5 Friday .5 sat so sun too .5 didn’t do anything different so I then ate bad because I was mad . I just don’t get it if eating right how can u correct what’s not wrong . I am only going to weigh in once a week because if it shows up that I gained it’s very upsetting which leads me on a negative path any suggestions ? Would be appreciated
