This video closely follows "Yamato-an Kuroishi," a famous moulted spiny lobster restaurant in Ise, Mie Prefecture.
"Yamato-an Kuroishi" is the only restaurant in Japan that both production control and cooks molt spiny lobsters.
I filmed how to handle a good sized lobster, sashimi sashimi, and two very rare molt lobster dishes.
The fresh sashimi of the lobster is of course delicious, but the taste of the whole de-veined lobster is so wonderful that it makes you feel like you are truly receiving the bounty of the sea, and you feel energized and energized, similar to when I eat a suppon dish.
I would be very happy if you could visit the restaurant when you visit Ise Jingu Shrine in Japan.

I'm just here to tell you that seafood in general DOES NOT HAVE A NERVOUS SYSTEM. They do not feel pain, which is why they are cooked in boiling water.
Since your meat is raw, it will always be put in water to get rid of bacteria/germs.
It's good to know that they don't suffer

at the beginning he says the knives rust quickly. when I finish with mine. I wash. dry and rub with cooking oil to protect them. a quick wash and sharpen is all that's needed next time

First one i would not eat because 3/4 of it is just wasted and its still alive when being served. (I dont like my food moving inside my Mouth ;-))
