The BaM at the Lego Store is my living knightmare when they have the new exclusive parts/figs the Southampton store normally have the new parts in certain bins to make things easier. They used to have prepackaged figs of the new one's but that has stopped with the cardboard boxes 😢

My LEGO store did something interesting- they pre built the figures and put them in a display case & you could choose any 3 for the same price. You just had to ask an employee to get them for you.
