  • Even if you try to study hard, isn't it hard to fall asleep?
I had a really hard time studying because my life pattern was terrible.
I think I was able to come to Seoul National University after overcoming it by reading a book about sleeping!
I've made videos of how I overcame it, how many hours of sleep is a good idea, and how much sleep I've learned.
    * Summary (but details are contained in the video)
    1. A regular life
    too obvious a story
    2. Time to sleep
It is recommended that you sleep at least six hours.
I think studying for three to four hours is possible only during short-term school exams, and even if it's impossible or impossible for long-term exams, it's inefficient.
Especially when you're sleeping, the process of information about what you've learned while you're awake, and if you're sleeping or if you're short on time, it's hard to do so.
You need plenty of sleep to put what you've learned while you're awake.
    3. How to Get Up Early
Getting up early requires will, but it's important to go to bed early.
Even if you lie down to sleep, don't you usually use your phone for 30 minutes or 1 to 3 hours at the longest?
Make sure you get rid of your cell phone when you sleep. Either way, lock it or leave it to your parents.
And lie down and memorize English words or solve math problems.
It helps you sleep and it helps you study!
    4. Force sleep and naps.
Even if you have a regular life and enough sleep time, studying makes you sleepy, right?
    It's a given.
Studying is all about using a lot of energy.
Sleepiness is a strategic system that the brain has created to achieve higher efficiency.
It's natural that your brain gets tired and when you study.
It's described as accumulating sleeping materials and sleeping debt in the brain.
The way to overcome this is to take a nap and a nap.
It is said that just closing your eyes without having to go to bed will help you get rid of these sleeping debts.
However, the time must be within 15 minutes. More than 15 minutes is said to be counterproductive.
That's why I forced myself to sleep 5-10 minutes in the morning, afternoon and evening, especially after lunch and 15 minutes of n
What's important here is that you have to sleep "forbidden" and "forbidden."
Especially when you go to school, don't you sleep because you're sleepy during class and you're awake?
If you force yourself to sleep a little at a break, you'll feel less sleepy in class and study better after school. Naps are guaranteed!
    5. Food coma
I overcame it by reducing the amount of rice.
If you reduce your usual intake by two-thirds, your food coma will be much less.
But I don't want to recommend it to students in their growing up years!
    6. Analysis of sleep patterns
I'm sure you have a certain time when you're sleepy.
You need to analyze when you feel sleepy, find out the cause, and figure out what to do and overcome it.
I've done some naps/naps/news, and yet I've been actively studying at sleepy times.
    7. Studying alone (the law of total energy)
The energy available in a day is limited. (Brain Official)
So you have to spend all your energy studying while you're awake, and you have to study alone. See the image for more information.
    8. Exercise
I like light aerobic exercise. Do not exercise too much like swimming.
    9. Coffee/Energy Drink
    Not to a student.
