I once made a character who looked exactly like Mick "of Mick and Ralph" Long story short, I killed Mick, hid his body, and ate him. Then proceeded to 'become' Mick. I did his daily route, ate his food, ect. Ralph... I'm not sure about. When I look in his eyes I think he knows what's going on, but is too scared to do anything about it.
Fun fact, you just need to convince Nero and Big Sal Troike is not worth the trouble and to buy guns from Mick and Ralph again. You can then get the Pimp Boy 3 billion and side against them. It's what I do every playthrough. Also, the female model for the Pimp Boy 3 billion is bugged and femme courier holds it at a weird angle. I still wear it though because it's awesome.

Little fact: on the GOTY edition on 360 of NV, the pimpboy will actually be tilted at a 30-40° angle. This is obviously a glitch and can make using the pimpboy a little tricky at times.

Pretty good item, most of the time though I completely forget about it and use mods to give me a hand held pipboy instead. If you have a lot of mods (or are just super famous everywhere with an un-modded game). Then it is perfection for any courier.
Mick also gives you access to his secret stash which can have some really cool items, including the naughty nightwear which boosts your speech by 10 might be the only item in the game to increase it by that much
Even better is when you have the Wild Wasteland perk... when you press tab to bring it up the PC holds it at an angle like he's some kind of pimp named slickback
Got this again last week, just help Troike first during the quest "How little we know" in the lower level of Gamorrah, if you don't want to help the bosses. Then Cachino will buy guns from Mick and Ralph after completing the quest. Save often from beginning to end of the quest in case it bugs.
I got the pimp-boy by complete accident the first time and I had no idea what happened because I wasn't paying attention. It was very confusing when I opened up my pip-boy again.
Back when I first got into fallout, I would literally spawn all the good items in just to fuck around. Came across the pimp boy and immediately equipped it through the console. Best decision that 12 year old me ever made

I remember when I first got this, it was completely by accident and the music scared the shit out of me, then realized my pip-boy was gold and Diamond studded.
A lot of people seem to ignore this but for me this is a must have, every single one of my runs, whatever is evil, good, stupid, smart, legion, NCR, I always do the same thing, uncover Cachino get some chloride, some weapon parts, get a little infamy on the strip, and boom, Pimp Boy, I don't think any other item is more important to me than this.
I got this my first time without a guide. Since I was using a female character it actually kinda broke how you hold the pip boy when you pull it up. That could be a bit of extra info you left out. Pretty good game
It should have a switchable thing in the menu. Cause I don’t want to go to freeside every time my eyes hurt, they are already hurt enough with the neon lights 😂
I got this once unintentionally, and I still don't know how. I don't think I've ever sided with the Omertas. I even make sure Cachino dies in the gunfight or I do it myself if he survived. Even my Evil character used Oh Baby! to explode his dome.
In Fo3 if you use the mezmotron on a raider, then put a slave collar on them, then proceed to remove it after a skill check, (most) raider should be passive towards the player, until you attack them.
I got this on my first playthrough eons ago & had no idea how I got it, I thought it had something to do with the kids living on the roof of M&R's. I harassed those kids for several playthroughs before I re-figured it out LOL

There is a rare way to complete "Wang Dang Atomic Tango". If for some reason (and by that, I mean you just felt like it) Santiago, Old Ben, Beatrix and FISTO end up dead you will be tasked with having to tell James Garret the bad news.
i got it by complete accident a while back, which surprised me as everyone told me how much this quest is glitchy and how easy it is to lose your chance to get the pimpboy, i often ignored even trying to get it because of this.

You can use mod to fix weird meshes pimpboy 3 billion for female courier... also increase its texture quality.

Siding with the bosses is just faster, is all. Simply because the other way can be buggy or Troike can be killed is you aren't careful.
I did get it when I didn't side with big sal, I made sure I read the quest on the wiki to make sure I got it.

Played through this game and its dlc multiple times over, over hundreds of hours. I had no idea this was in the game, nor had I heard of it.
I actually managed to stumble on this secret entirely by accident on my first playthrough. It is quite possibly one of the best finds in the game.
