They maintained the same speed (53MPH) coming up to the 2 vehicles, so the Mazda driver accelerated last moment to match the cammer's speed. Yes, that happened to be when the cammer was in the blind spot, but the perspective makes it easy to seem like the cammer slowed down when they hadn't.

8:54 - Getting up to speed to get and stay in someone's blind spot! No, if the cammer were actually trying to get up to speed, it would be with traffic, not hiding to try to create drama.
#9: Cammer starts at 16 mph, then is at about 20 right before the light, then accelerates to 25 or 26 as they hit the truck. Never tried to slow. Should receive a citation and I hope the driver of the truck sees this and sends it to your insurance company so you can pay for their repairs.
that makes zero sense. its pretty obvious that the speed limit is 25 mph looking at the area, so he wasnt spending. all he did was accelerate a bit more. could he have seen the truck? sure but with the sun in his eyes if he didnt see the truck right away, he stood no chance. its the trucks fault 100% for not yielding to the cammer.v
@@matthewburckley5333 nope, you have a duty to try to avoid the collision, the car didnt attempt to avoid as demonstrated by no braking, cars 100% at fault in the eyes of the law.
@@thedragonhunter Be that as it may, the camera calculated the speed at a delayed rate, meaning cammer was going at speed and the truck literally just decided to cut it close and the cammer likely couldn't see through the sun until it was too late because it's harder to see in person than on a camera. He came to a complete stop and the camera was still marked at 26mph. So the cammer did not speed up into the interaction, and the truck did not indicate his intentions plus he was making a left turn of all things. The cammer would not be at fault for this AT ALL. The truck literally broke at least 2 laws just to try and beat the cammer. All the cammer did was maintain their lane and follow the law of the road. A general duty to try and avoid the accident that you did not cause is braking, which he did do even if the speed on the camera suggests otherwise.
@@AlyssMadigan The video shows the driver did not slowed down at any moment, even with the delay from the dash any attempt to slow down would've resulted in a downward movement due to momentum and engine bay weight. Nobody is going to learn how to avoid an accident of people don't point stuff like this out. In fact you should be watching these videos in order to learn what to look out for so you can avoid accidents.
#4 @ 1:30 Not saying the truck pulling the trailer is justified, but looks like he hit him on purpose, probably because the white truck was camping in the passing lane. Gtfo of the left lane if you're not passing, period. The law in all 50 states requires that REGARDLESS OF HOW FAST YOU'RE GOING, you MUST move to the right (when safe to do so) to allow faster traffic to pass. There is NO argument for camping in the left lane and no justification for it. It doesn't matter what the speed limit is or how fast you are going, you move tf over and let faster traffic pass.
Most of these drivers have low driving skills. Roads are like war zones, even if you are the greatest defensive driver, you simply cannot escape unharmed with other drivers around you.
Ahh yes, saving the worst driver for last. I mean, it's not enough that you sat in their blind spot for so long, but then impassively watching them approach a slower vehicle while not taking ANY sort of evasive action. Whoever submitted that should probably be forced to take a refresher driving course. I mean really... blaming other traffic for their own BAD DRIVING.
@@rogerw-interested No this dude sped up to get right behind them to do the slowest overtake in the right lane possible and was probably gonna drive side by side with the white suv. Anybody that deliberately drives in blind spots deserve to get cut off because it truly is the most danger to other drivers on the road
1:39 You can clearly see that the blue pick-up was half way out of the parking spot, and that the cammer was coming up fast, making it seem to the pick-up that the cammer appeared out of nowhere. I'm thinking both are at fault, with a little more on the cammer.
#4 sometimes I wish I could do the same to these left lane campers that I deal with on a daily basis. But I rather not hurt my car nor get in trouble.. such is life..
2:57 if not legally, you share some of the blame morally. you didn't brake at all and you did not follow the road (you're in the bike lane post collision). Had you followed the road even without braking you would've avoided the collision.
7:19, how about you show more of the clip and show how long you were riding in his blind spot. If you were passing him, you were certainty taking your sweet old time.
Or how the truck came up on the cammer's left while passing (especially since it's illegal for the truck to be in the left lane while not passing) and failed to clear the cammer's car before charging lanes.
2:28 It's a foregone conclusion that most drivers (in the US) aren't going to know how to navigate a roundabout. If you aren't expecting to be cutoff, then you are a poor defensive driver. Enter a roundabout as if no one knows what they are doing and be happy if no one pulls out in front of you. I've noticed roundabouts signal to many that they should speed up so that they are in the roundabout before the drivers to their left or right, making them the king/queen of the roundabout, often with terrible results. Slow down without impeding traffic, enter the roundabouts carefully, expect to be cutoff, and especially expect your exit point to be blocked by someone just entering the roundabout. Prepare to go around the roundabout rather than force your way into the exit point. Don't try to make a point, just go around. I'd rather be a bit inconvenienced than have my vehicle sideswiped or t-boned.
6:32 absolutely no chance I don't pull over and laugh, point, and shake my head at the guy trying to figure out his options. As a matter of fact I keep a canvas sport chair and a bag of popcorn in my trunk for such occasions. Yeah, I'm that guy.
You're not serious, right? The lane just to the right of the trucker is ending and the rightmost lane is an exit, so yes, the truck driver should be in the left lane.

I hope that Chevy at 6:14 royally fracked up his truck.
7:20 I can't even find it within myself to have ANY sympathy for whatever bad is about to inevitably happen to you.
As a famous TV star once said, "what a maroon!"
why
Who wants your pity? Lmfao
You are too nice with the ER. I will always get the cops involved if they utter the words don't get the cops involved. Glad it worked out for you though, but I have been burned in the past, never again.
yup, never fall for the "no cops, ill pay for it" with out a police report you have no proof any agreement was made and they can (and 99% will) burn you.
Agreed. Any language which communicates no police or insurance involvement is usually a red flag. This may be the clue which leads to more serious unsolved cases.
3:50 that's a truck carrying gasoline, based on the 1203 hazard placard. That is one pissed off driver and understandably so.
If it was so important, the driver probably shouldn't have tried to play traffic regulator to stop the idiot in the black car from going around him.
#25 well if you hover in their blind spot then to them nothing happened
They maintained the same speed (53MPH) coming up to the 2 vehicles, so the Mazda driver accelerated last moment to match the cammer's speed. Yes, that happened to be when the cammer was in the blind spot, but the perspective makes it easy to seem like the cammer slowed down when they hadn't.
what blind spot? car had a right side view mirror and no doubt a neck that turns
4:25 I wonder what the cammer edited out here that pissed the other guy off so much ? These channels shouldn't upload submissions that are obviously edited.
No reason to expect he edited anything out. Guy tried to make a u-turn and failed, then almost backed into the cammer. The rest is history.
#13: going at nearly 70mph (likely above the speed limit) and with a windshield not wiped, in a poorly lit road…yeah, you were lucky you didn’t make things worse.
Ever think it could be the camera lense that’s smudged? No? Gotta find some way to blame the Cammer as usual eh?
It's Texas. The limit there is probably 70 mph.
@@brandongorte4746 85mph actually.
@@TruthHurtsFAFO If the camera lens has water droplets, then the cammer has bigger issues. As we're all assuming the dashcam is mounted on the windshield, any droplets seen on the lens are therefore droplets on the windshield itself, which implies wet conditions (either at the moment or just a few moments prior).
@@brandongorte4746 Interstate? Yes. However, this doesn't look like an interstate, and just because the speed limit is 70mph doesn't mean I should be doing 70mph. Try doing 70mph in a downpour and see where that leads you.
3 at about 1:00, please, if you parked between the lines you won't have these issues. I make a note if I park next to someone off the line to park between mine, if that mean being an inch off your can so be it.
They did park between the lines. The cammer's row is straight and the other row is at an angle.
Nice job & I watch rest of them later dude.
7:19 “Let me sit in the blind spot of a lorry. What is the worst that can happen?”
8:47 “Let me accelerate up into someones blind spot. What is the worst that can happen?”
When will people realise it is never a good idea to position yourself directly next to another vehicle and speed match 🤷🏻♂️
No such thing as a blind spot. If you can't see the spot, you can't put your vehicle in the spot. The BS blind spot excuse needs to end.
@@bills6093 big thumbs up 👍👍
he was going faster than truck. ahh, your one of those that anyone's mistake is worst than yours, regardless of how cammer drove, still up to the other drive to ensure lane is clear
#23, Wow, that 70MAI brand dashcam has just about the worst resolution I've ever seen! No disrespect to the cammer, they deserve better.
he should get the Garmin
The truck that blew two tires acting like an idiot made me laugh. I'd have followed him into the parking lot to clap at him and make sure he saw me doing it.
That didn't happened, it was a straight collision with no attempt whatsoever to slow down DISREGARD the bad conduct of the other driver. As someone already said the driver MUST do whatever possible to avoid or reduce the impact.
@@thedragonhunter There is no way the car is 100% at fault for hitting someone making an illegal turn
5:10, That is an Insurance fraud attempt, and Just plain Reckless driving, Trying to Create and accident! If it was Me I would have pulled up on It's Bumper and started Pushing them and then Called the Police, Then let them tell the Cops that they were just stopping, when out of no where I hit them, then show the Cops the Video..🤔🤣👮
C.R.A.P.
@4:35, He could have gone around him if he hadn't been so close and solved the Idiots problem, by not being behind him. One can't FIX Stupid!
3:40 That oil truck looked like he didn't know how to position the vehicle in the lane. Even after trying to avoid the other vehicles he couldn't stay between the lines.
i think he tried to block the car twice like an idiot
6:13 That was amusing. Don't know why the driver was so desperate to get to that place. Blows out tires in the process. Could have been a desperate need to pick up meds. In that case. I would excuse the crazy driving.
Time to watch backseat commenters blame the cammers for these videos
You rang?
How are you watching us, perv boy?
Nobody is going to learn how to avoid an accident of people don't point stuff like this out. In fact you should be watching these videos in order to learn what to look out for so you can avoid accidents.
The old classic SHAKE THE TRAILER AT YOU move, eh? Well played, hotrod!
6:50 The first clip looks like a traffic circle, no road markings. In the second clip it's clearly a roundabout with give way lines on the road.
2:02 that is a very quiet car! usually you can hear the road but that is so good audio!
Music at the end is still WAY louder than the rest of the video. Super uncomfortable on headphones.
UGH I'm gonna have to stop watching these videos lol everytime i watch these i get effin pissed off. All the stupidity.
1:06 I really dislike this type of incompetent driver that thinks it's fine to drive through a space to exit, instead of backing out.
All of you… don’t hang out in another driver’s Blindspot. Yeah, it’s their fault, but you can avoid sitting on the side of the road for an hour.
5:22 Never regret the horn, it shows everyone how much of an entitled prick that driver blocking the road was.
#4 @ 1:30
Not saying the truck pulling the trailer is justified, but looks like he hit him on purpose, probably because the white truck was camping in the passing lane.
Defensive driving isn't something most the "good drivers" seem to have mastered either.
6:20 - Takuaches's dad ain't going to be happy.
A lot of examples of impotent rage... Quite a few folks would do well to get some anger management counseling...
Ahh yes, saving the worst driver for last.
I mean, it's not enough that you sat in their blind spot for so long, but then impassively watching them approach a slower vehicle while not taking ANY sort of evasive action.
Whoever submitted that should probably be forced to take a refresher driving course. I mean really... blaming other traffic for their own BAD DRIVING.
blame the innocent for the mistake others, car made an unsafe lane change. simple as that
@@rogerw-interested No this dude sped up to get right behind them to do the slowest overtake in the right lane possible and was probably gonna drive side by side with the white suv. Anybody that deliberately drives in blind spots deserve to get cut off because it truly is the most danger to other drivers on the road
@@nottheone9422 ah yes, the blind spot defense, try using that in court next time, 'i changed lanes because i didnt see him' oppsie, my bad
1:39 You can clearly see that the blue pick-up was half way out of the parking spot, and that the cammer was coming up fast, making it seem to the pick-up that the cammer appeared out of nowhere. I'm thinking both are at fault, with a little more on the cammer.
I wonder if the cammer bothered to use the horn (no volume).
7:30 this is this idiots fault for driving right next to a semi when they had more than enough time to pass. hope they learned their lesson
7:01 Something haunting about a graveyard next to a roundabout
What's with the weird talking lady head in the top left corner of the explanations?
2:00 Good drivers sometimes miss their exit. Bad drivers NEVER miss their exit.
I'll be darned.. there's Cumming, GA
04:59 Hit them.
#4 sometimes I wish I could do the same to these left lane campers that I deal with on a daily basis. But I rather not hurt my car nor get in trouble.. such is life..
8:10 Are they using a potato as a dash cam?
1:18 I don't condone the actions of the dark truck but why is the white one hogging that lane?
Should retitle this one to "Idiots Entering Roundabouts"
Most street sweepers are right-hand drive, so visibility to the left is limited and drivers need to be extra cautious.
You mean the driver of the sweeper needs to be more cautious, right?
2:57 if not legally, you share some of the blame morally. you didn't brake at all and you did not follow the road (you're in the bike lane post collision). Had you followed the road even without braking you would've avoided the collision.
the sun
That LLB kiiiinda had it coming. 😀
#9 didn't even try to avoid hitting the truck that turned in front of them. Maybe they should have bought the optional brakes when they got the car.
dude fr, I though he was gonna say the sun was in his eyes even though it's not on cam, but my man just rammed it for the fun of it.
5:13 typical passive-aggressive Canadian
Meanwhile another episode of animal planet.
I hate the people that say “no contact or injuries” yeah. No shit
8:14- didn't maintain your lane karen
4:02 the way he started walking lollll
6:32 absolutely no chance I don't pull over and laugh, point, and shake my head at the guy trying to figure out his options. As a matter of fact I keep a canvas sport chair and a bag of popcorn in my trunk for such occasions. Yeah, I'm that guy.
"That's when she breaker"
3:30 truck shouldn’t be in the left lane! Others want to pass.
You're not serious, right? The lane just to the right of the trucker is ending and the rightmost lane is an exit, so yes, the truck driver should be in the left lane.
5:19 If only that cement truck was a 100 feet closer when he made that illegal left/U-turn after all that BS.
7:20 This is why you don't hang out on the right side of a semi truck! Cammer got what he deserved here and I hope he learned a lesson from it.
8:10 I bought a 70mai but found it would not mount in my window, so I sent it back. I am so glad I did, that video quality is nasty.
The landscaping trailer on fire is within walking distance of where I grew up!!!
@3:00- Heading south- towards the Sun?
