However, that won't absolve the truck from liability. People double park in NYC everywhere... if you hit a double parker, the double parker will not be found liable.
The red markers aren't related to parking. They are simply the color NYC uses for the bumpy surfaces meant to warn the blind of a street crossing. Sometimes they are yellow.
11 with the chips truck reminds me of a situation I'd have, hauling hay bales with a tandem semi truck and long-deck spread-axle trailer on my family's farm during the busier summer weekends near the rural lake where I grew up, needing to make two 90-degree turns in short succession. Like the chips truck I needed the entire driving surface width of the road I was turning onto, but the weekenders following normal rules would sit and wait for me to turn without realizing my tractor or trailer tire tracks needed to run right over where they were stopped. In my situation I could at least have the loader driver block the road to allow my maneuver. I don't know what chips guy can do.
2:05 No, ma'am. You weren't paying attention and tried to blame someone else. Also where you collided with the other car your ghetto driver side fender looks like you've been through this before.
8:35 One thing you should notice about this clip besides the obvious, the type of moron who does this sort of thing, always drives on the most left lane for absolutely no reason. When you find yourself next time on the left lane pondering the meaning of life, remember who you associate with.
3:39 I'm 99% sure that the red car got in green car's lane and cut him off, and that's why the green car did swerved back. I might be wrong, there's no telling from the video.
Was thinking the same. Green car was still partially in the lane too, so camer was attempting a pass before the car ahead had completely given up control of the lane.

1:06 what I'm seeing is homie did not speed up to block him. He sped up cause he was changing from the third lane to the right turn only lane which is were the truck cut across the third lane THEN cut cammer off. #12 "anonymous" yeah I highly doubt they pulled that move all because you were going to pass him.. You sure you weren't tailgating or doing something else before this clip started to provoke them?
I think they were swerving due to another vehicle merging into the same lane. That said, the vehicle in question is slightly in the crosswalk.
@@buckykattnj Looked it up and you're right. Wow that's crazy! Parking space over pedestrians safety
Number 3, maybe neither had insurance?
I don't know what chips guy can do.
black SUV is parked illegally.
3:11
There Soooo many crazy drivers...🤮🤮🤮🤮
2:05 No, ma'am. You weren't paying attention and tried to blame someone else. Also where you collided with the other car your ghetto driver side fender looks like you've been through this before.
8:35 One thing you should notice about this clip besides the obvious, the type of moron who does this sort of thing, always drives on the most left lane for absolutely no reason. When you find yourself next time on the left lane pondering the meaning of life, remember who you associate with.
7:18 somebody looked up the prices of Carrera 4s Targas lol
I did, but got into an argument with another guy who seem to think he knows it all. The estimation is fairly accurate.
#3 what kind of GTA shit was that ? what drugs were the both using ?
last clip: Friends, I had sympathy clench!!
The last one, you know you were being dumb too by not even attempting to slow down. I feel pretty confident you weren't paying attention smh.
Pales in comparison though.
2:25 The only thing that beats the Corolla race car driver is the minivan racers. LOL
I had no idea you could measure IQ in negative numbers.
#10 I kept trying to replay this clip and I don't see where they hit a pole?
3:39 I'm 99% sure that the red car got in green car's lane and cut him off, and that's why the green car did swerved back. I might be wrong, there's no telling from the video.
Was thinking the same. Green car was still partially in the lane too, so camer was attempting a pass before the car ahead had completely given up control of the lane.
0:15, The only trouble with hitting sh*t like that is cleaning up the Mess off the Car!!👎💩😂.... :40, Bet nether had Car Insurance.😁👎....
yeah lets go ahead and balance ur outro volume buddy
2:57 Man, I feel to bad for the little girl but that scooter and the pole made a lovely "ping" (which everyone knows that is the sound of "you fucked up"). I don't mind going to hell for this one, I just.... yaaaaa.
just a dude and his goose
3:14 whereas I DO agree that the truck should have swung wider (the whole reason Frito-Lay ordered an LCF) there still is only a finite amount the trucker should have done outside of waiting at the crosswalk for a clear opportunity to turn.
black SUV is parked illegally. You must be at least 20 feet from a crosswalk
3:13 IS THAT A SUUUUPPPRAAAAA?!?!?!
Dats a... BMduhW.
#12: I agree that the truck driver should have been paying better attention, but the car that was hit was parked illegally. If the car had been parked further away from the intersection, probably would not have been hit. Gee, maybe that's why cars shouldn't park illegally close to the intersection!
Oops. meant #11.
3:11
11 - the trucker is not at fault, car is park to close to the corner almost on top of the pedestrian crossing, there are laws and regulation on how far you can park from the corner for that exact reason.
Consider lowering the volume of the outro music. Nearly blew out my headphones.
4:12this exact thing happend to my mom she was driving at night an 3 boxes were in the middle of the lane
1:06 what I'm seeing is homie did not speed up to block him. He sped up cause he was changing from the third lane to the right turn only lane which is were the truck cut across the third lane THEN cut cammer off. I literally live around the corner from this area and see it all the time. Also, lets not forget the wide camera angles and any pillars blocking view.
#12 "anonymous" yeah I highly doubt they pulled that move all because you were going to pass him.. You sure you weren't tailgating or doing something else before this clip started to provoke them?
I think they were swerving due to another vehicle merging into the same lane. Someone else pointed it out and there is a red SUV slightly ahead of the Kia that gets blocked from view partway into the clip. Camer also shouldn't have been trying to pass till the Kia had fully given up control of the lane, they still had two tires on the lines.
@@scottthewaterwarrior Yeah I saw that comment too but I re watched it and don't see any red vehicle swerving into their lane (I see the vehicle they are talking about, but didn't see it swerve into their lane)
@@ThePandaCam555 It is blocked from view by the Kia at about the time it would have had to swerve. Not saying that's what happened, just that it is a potential reason.
Videos #9 & #11 happen at the same stoplight corner just on different days
Thanks, Capt 🙂
0:06 "Black car driver" Oh, boy...
@7:10 my first thought was Floyd's apartment in GTA
5:02 Crazy, since 20-30 years ago Texas had pretty solid drivers. I've driven in almost every state and half a dozen foreign countries and now days south TX has the worst drivers I've ever seen.
20-30 years ago we only had to look out for occasional out of state drivers. Now, there are a lot of out of state drivers. Texans know how other Texans drive, we haven't adapted to how out of state drivers drive.
3:39 need the 30 seconds prior. Seems conveniently edited. The green car was passing at 70 in a 60 and you were up his ass then sped up to well over 80.
And it seems you are a "Perpetually Offended Backseat Richard Cranium" who will blame the cammer no matter what 🥸
Indeed.
0:27 - Wow.
2:10 Oh, you can be sure, they've got the courage to say stuff like that.
MDS: turn the outro volume down. The outro music is so much louder than all of the other music.
People get out and accuse you of their crime. Just like politics.
How is #22 zriley gonna call the Porsche driver “the worst driver” when the Porsche CLEARLY doesn’t want him on his bumper like that and he/ she keeps pulling close EVERY TIME THE GUY MOVES. I’m sure the light will eventually change and if he don’t want to wait, make a right and do a circle around the block and be on your way. SMH. The camer has the issue.
4:47 Well, THAT'S not a "dashcam" video
Edit: You also don't seem to react when a potential drunk driver is present.
8: maybe so but all the other idiots need some driving lessons as well. Everyone is using every lane but you’re all going the same speed…
Exactly. You can't "cut up" in Germany.
2:30 can't stand people that do this
They need a V R simulation of what you can see from the driver's seat of a big truck. People ride in the blind spot for a mile then the "trucker" is the idiot for not seeing you! Be aware, don't set yourself up.
Trucking sims have been a thing for a while, that front right is a nightmare!
@@scottthewaterwarrior Been behind the wheel myself.
I know that intersection
"I don't react no more"
3:31 the parked car is to close corner of the street
2:22 🎵"So I'll settle my score
On the salsa floor
With this vengeful, Latin rhythm ".....
0:09 you mean: white suv ?
The white SUV is blocking our view of a black car which tried to change lanes into the white SUV. The SUV swerved towards the cammer to try to avoid the black car; it wasn't the SUV trying to cut off cammer. You can see the black car towards the end of the clip.
@@solandri69 now i see, thank you.
Both of them are driving aggressively
8:57 Box truck driver is of good moral character and his company's lawyer will get the parked car tagged with part of the fault for the accident. There's a reason you can't park that close to an intersection .....
2:24 This is what I want to see the police crack down on more, I guess pure speeding is easier to catch.
Wait what, you're not gonna argue everyone here is "camping" and get out of this car's way?? Lol
@@GetTheFOutOfMyWay I'm seeing traffic moving gradually faster from right to left, they are already following the "drive right, pass left" mentality.
@4:00 Thank You! I say this all the time. I hate seeing the dumb drivers get away without scratch and innocent ones getting punished cause some snowflake is terrified of getting in a fender bender.
3:15 illegally parked minivan.
0:15 There is jaywalking and there are suicidal idiots. This was not jaywalking.
#2 that person wanted to get hit
One of the problems of drivers today is either blasting their stereo setup or listening to whatever with ear buds so they do not hear emergency vehicle sirens until they’re RIGHT THERE!!!!
2:33 Mmmm... Chunky salsa.
Cammer complaining about the 911 driver - That driver is a jackA@@@ no matter what car he is driving. Could be a higher end auto makes him stand out even more.
1:05 You speed up for some dumb ass reason!
