Something isn’t working with the math or I’ve misunderstood. You said eat 200gr of protein if you weight 200lbs. Then you say to eat a six oz steak for dinner in addition to a bunch of protein at BLD and snacks. 6oz is almost 200grams on its own.

If you love cardio, no problem. You may just have to increase your food intake based on how much you're burning each day and how fast you're losing fat.

Whatever you want! If you're not already familiar, Iso-Smooth is super rich and creamy with just water - so that'll save you a bunch of calories. If you're looking to for a higher-calorie shake, use any kind of milk you want; skim almond, 2%... heavy cream if you're feeling crazy! :)
5’7’’ 160 with lean muscle mass with about 20 percent body fat and trying to get to 15 percent or less without loosing anymore weight that I desperately need seems next to impossible HELP !
You would do best to focus on one goal at a time. If you want to be lower bodyfat % you're going to have to reduce body fat through eating a calorie deficit. However if you want to maintain your same weight at 160Lb, you will have to build more muscle to be able to achieve that weight at a lower body fat %. So your best option would probably be to focus on building more lean muscle mass through heavy training, focused on progressive overload and eating a slight calorie surplus. Then once you've put on some more muscle mass and size, you can adjust your nutrition to a calorie deficit to focus on burning off the excess body fat.
Thanks for great videos. I’m a bit confused. I’ve started losing weight from 207 lbs and now I’m 185lbs after two months. I’ve been consuming 1500 calories a day and I’ve been doing home cardio workout 60 to 90 mins a day. No more activities thou due to lockdown. I’m just wondering If I am on right amount of calorie or it’s too low. And if it’s low and I need to increase it, can I just increase it straight away or I have to add a few calories a day till I get there. Appreciate the advice !!
Hey Amin. At your bodyweight, 1500 calories is very low. The best thing would be to gradually increase your calories, maybe 100 or so per week, and add in some of our No-Gym Needed workouts 3-5 days per week to help build your lean muscle mass while continuing to burn fat and lose weight. If you're losing more than 2% of your bodyweight or more per week, you're going to be losing a lot of muscle mass in the process. The key to a great transformation is maintaining as much lean muscle as possible, while still maximizing fat loss. So aim to increase your calories until you're only losing about 1-2Lb per week and you should notice improvements in your physique, as well as your energy and strength levels.

Hey! Shake One™ is most common in the morning due to the natural caffeine sources but there is no issues with using it during other times of the day. Personally, I will take a scoop about 2pm to get me over the hump for the rest of the day! ⚡️⚡️

The same principles will apply to men and women, only difference generally will be the amounts of food eaten based on different bodyweight/size and amount of weight lifted in the workouts, depending on individual strength

I have issues with what I eat and your plan seem awesome but my problem is that I'm lactose intoleranto I don't eat fish or steak only white meat as chicken, I dont eat toast, whith what can I reemplace the toast.
You can replace it with 1 serving of any other carb source, rice, potato, oats, fruit, the choice is up to you, just make sure you're keeping the total calories for the day, the same
You'll have to pay attention to the amount of fats. Salmon is much higher in fat than chicken. Also need to be mindful of how frequently you're eating bigger fish like Salmon, because they are much more likely to contain pollutants and heavy metals like mercury, which can have negative health impacts if eaten in large quantities.
Hey, when do u recommend working out? I meam before of after which meal? There's no one best time to workout. It will be different for each person. Simply find the time of day that you feel best and strongest, and keep consistent with it. If the evening workouts are working well for you and you feel good during them, keep that up.
So I am currently 17 years old and weigh 194lbs and about 167cm. I am starting this diet out while using your 12 dumbbell exercise workout plan for fat loss. The 12 exercise dumbbell workout is just one of many workouts you can follow. For best results, try following a strength or hypertrophy workout on our channel 3 days per week and then the Faster Fat Loss workouts can replace cardio sessions 3-5 times per week. As for protein powder replacement, any protein source, eggs, meat, dairy, tofu, seitan, etc can help reach daily protein goals. Hey, glad you enjoyed the video. If you're vegetarian, you can still follow the plan, just replacing meat with veggie protein sources like tofu, seitan, etc. And you can take both Blade and Iso-Smooth
You can simply replace the protein portions with protein sources you can eat. Isolate whey is generally fine for those who are lactose intolerant, because it is 99% lactose free, however if Iso-Smooth still upsets your stomach you, can opt for a different plant-based protein powder to supplement with.
If you're only 110, you most likely don't have a lot of weight you're trying to lose, so you can try a more moderate calorie deficit and see how your body responds. Again these aren't exact numbers, they're simply a general estimate to guide you in the right direction.

It's a good starting point. However, you may wish to top up your calories. For example, using the plan provided, add an additional 250 calories to your total daily intake. We'd suggest in the form of carbohydrates around your workout (peri-workout). Try this for a week and if you haven't added .5-1LB weekly, bump up another 250 calories to your total daily intake. If for any reason you shoot up 1.5-2LB over the course of a week, scale back your calories as you don't want to risk adding fat to your frame. Does this help?

Maybe a dumb question but once your weight starts changing and going down do you keep changing the macros to your new weight or stay with the first macros you started at.
You absolutely can. It will take time and consistency, but this style of eating can help whether you have 1Lb to lose 100Lb or more, all just a matter of applying the proper strategies over time and continuing to work towards your goal.
So I want to make sure I have this right. 342 pounds has me at 4104 calories. Protein: 342 grams, Fat: 182, Carbs: 274. Please check this for me and let me know. However if this is correct, if I want to lose weight and tone up my body such as drop belly fast, this program wants to be in the caloric deficit less than above number. My lifestyle is very hectic and doesn't stay the same. I'm a truck driver and my day varies. I like this plan and I hope I can get it to work. I don't have access to the gym and working outside depends on the weather. I'm doing the keto thing as well.

Hi! Not sure on the steak you're eating but a 6oz steak is approximately 40-45g /serving.

I have issues with what I eat and your plan seem awesome but my problem is that I'm lactose intoleranto I don't eat fish or steak only white meat as chicken, I dont eat toast, whith what can I reemplace the toast.
You can replace it with 1 serving of any other carb source, rice, potato, oats, fruit, the choice is up to you, just make sure you're keeping the total calories for the day, the same

You'll have to pay attention to the amount of fats. Salmon is much higher in fat than chicken. Also need to be mindful of how frequently you're eating bigger fish like Salmon, because they are much more likely to contain pollutants and heavy metals like mercury, which can have negative health impacts if eaten in large quantities.

There's no one best time to workout. It will be different for each person. Simply find the time of day that you feel best and strongest, and keep consistent with it. If the evening workouts are working well for you and you feel good during them, keep that up.

So I am currently 17 years old and weigh 194lbs and about 167cm. I am starting this diet out while using your 12 dumbbell exercise workout plan for fat loss. Just wanna know if this is the right way to lose weight and approximately how long would it take to be in decent shape. I was also wondering if there was a replacement for protein powder.
The 12 exercise dumbbell workout is just one of many workouts you can follow. For best results, try following a strength or hypertrophy workout on our channel 3 days per week and then the Faster Fat Loss workouts can replace cardio sessions 3-5 times per week. That in combination with a sensible diet like this 3x3 diet plan can be a great way to help improve body composition.
As for protein powder replacement, any protein source, eggs, meat, dairy, tofu, seitan, etc can help reach daily protein goals.

Hey, glad you enjoyed the video. If you're vegetarian, you can still follow the plan, just replacing meat with veggie protein sources like tofu, seitan, etc. And you can take both Blade and Iso-Smooth

You can simply replace the protein portions with protein sources you can eat. Isolate whey is generally fine for those who are lactose intolerant, because it is 99% lactose free, however if Iso-Smooth still upsets your stomach you, can opt for a different plant-based protein powder to supplement with.
What about for women? I’m 110 so times 12= 1300 cals? Is that enough?
If you're only 110, you most likely don't have a lot of weight you're trying to lose, so you can try a more moderate calorie deficit and see how your body responds. Again these aren't exact numbers, they're simply a general estimate to guide you in the right direction.

It's a good starting point. However, you may wish to top up your calories.
For example, using the plan provided, add an additional 250 calories to your total daily intake. We'd suggest in the form of carbohydrates around your workout (peri-workout). Try this for a week and if you haven't added .5-1LB weekly, bump up another 250 calories to your total daily intake.
If for any reason you shoot up 1.5-2LB over the course of a week, scale back your calories as you don't want to risk adding fat to your frame.

Just the calories would drop, you should always aim to maintain 1g protein per pound of bodyweight
Maybe a dumb question but once your weight starts changing and going down do you keep changing the macros to your new weight or stay with the first macros you started at.

So I want to make sure I have this right. 342 pounds has me at 4104 calories. Protein: 342 grams, Fat: 182, Carbs: 274. Please check this for me and let me know. However if this is correct, if I want to lose weight and tone up my body such as drop belly fast, this program wants to be in the caloric deficit less than above number. My lifestyle is very hectic and doesn't stay the same. I'm a truck driver and my day varies. I like this plan and I hope I can get it to work. I don't have access to the gym and working outside depends on the weather. I'm doing the keto thing as well.
