I think that sounds like a plan!! Love a gin tour, well...anything alcoholic hehe. This place looks so quaint and beautiful. Loved watching the tour around the distillery. So interesting listening to the process, we went to the Bombay sapphire distillery, that was awesome! But would love to visit here and try the Cotswolds whisky. The food looked beautiful, as did your cocktail mix Mike, Loved watching this, fabulous you two, making the use out of a rainy day!! 🥰🥰
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video, it was a last minute change of plan. We were planning to do Go Ape, but this was a brilliant alternative. That cocktail is now my ultimate fav, its Cotswolds 1616 gin (which is aged in whisky barrels) mixed with ginger beer. It's just to die for. M&T
Great tour 😊 that’s really great that they gave you the tasters to take home if your driving. I do like a good gin 😊 so much more to the recipes than you realise. The distillery equipment looked impressive, esp for the whiskey.

We love a good gin too, do you have a favourite ? Ours is Sông Cái a Vietnam gin. But there are others we enjoy too. M&T
