I love the emphasis on consistency. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and try to think of reasons why I shouldn’t exercise even though I know it’s good for me. Seeing this has motivated me to keep going even when I just feel like staying in bed. Thank you 🙏🏽

I am confused with lot of workouts. I don't no what to do. I want to do same workout for every day or each day, one type of workout? Like flexibility is very important. So I can concentrate on flexibility workouts or some other else for daily routine?
@@sibi-q2z do flexibility training first and then strength training afterwards. This way you will avoid injuries and train both aspects at the same time
