  • Hey Everyone,
Today we are finally back to working on the S4. The car has been on hold for a while, but the wait has been absolutely worth it. Today we are tearing the car apart for its biggest upgrade yet…. Big brakes front and rear! These are custom parts and were on order for a while! I couldn’t be more excited to get them on the car!

Really loved this video. Your film style is excellent. Occasionally it moves a little slower than my brain wants it, but on this one, smoooth sailing. The way a human can justify things to satisfy oneself, is... my favorite thing about being a human, ha!

Hang in there man, small steps add up because time doesn't stop. Eventually you will look back and see how far you've come, as long as you consistently progress with time, no matter how small that progress is each day. And NEVER compare yourself to others. Great video's brother!

That was another great vid. Those Z17s are going to bring a lot of smiles, and the Yellow Stuff pads are great. Your work is beautiful. All of it, including the fonts ;)

I have spent about $2500 on my B5 (not even Quattro and with auto trans) in the last 4 months, which resulted in a small debt and I'm very close to giving up on it. I then just found out that it was neither me nor the car's fault. It was caused by neglect and ego. Neglect from previous owners, and ego from my previous mechanic about thinking he's the best when he messed up so badly and I almost blow my engine up due to a poorly installed heat exchanger (oil cooler) and bad oil pressure bulb. Not to mention sloppy bushing jobs, trans pan, and others. After getting it properly fixed me and my wife washed it and polished it thoroughly, took it for a 2 hour ride, and enjoyed it so much we definitely want to keep it. I just bought the steering rack repair kit($40) and I'm waiting on Godpseed Traction-S springs for it haha these cars offer so much enjoyment that its hard not to love them.

Looking forward on your experience on yellowstuff pads. I have run them on my summer wheels for years and chose these specifically for track day use. On coming season I might change to something more streetable.
Remember to do a proper brake-in procedure on your new set!👍

Do you have links for these? Bbk, paint and all? I noticed in the description you had one to a bing search, and that was for a rear break upgrade.

Just wanna let you know since you hade them for a while and hasn’t fixed it.
    Keep up the good work.

You should include your jacking process with Jack points. I'm always scared I'm doing it wrong. It's kind of the reason I don't work on my car as much as I would like to

Solid question! The channel is all self funded and that's a pretty expensive job to have done sadly. So I don't have a real timeline yet.
