I had been struggling with overeating and a restrictive diet but after I started watching your video, it disappeared. You always say memories over food and that mindset really helps me. Little tip: keep your elbows locked in place (not swinging with the weight when doing cable tricep push-downs and cable bicep curls) also single cable row ( pull elbows back closer to hip rather than mid to high rib cage, you will feel more of your back-lat is engaged)

Ive been watching/following your content since early last year and as in that time you still did diving could you please make a video of how you balanced diving and your gym/workouts bc as a football player I'm trying to work towards becoming fitter and achieving my dream body but I get overworked and exaughsted from the sport so tips and info would really help! much love
OAT MILK PSA: I know you just switched to oat-milk, I work at Starbucks while in college and it is actually very high in sugar compared to our almond milk option. As someone who is into fitness and is currently training for a marathon I think the best milk for macros at Starbucks is Almond Milk or skim milk.

How do you not hurt your back doing sumo swats 😭😂 I always try my best to keep my pelvis tucked and core tight etc. but somehow they always burn my quads and then my lower back hurts and I have to use SUCH light weights

try to put more weight in your heels and make sure that you are very centered! its also all about mind to muscle connection!
