Just a warning! We did this in the garage of our previous home. We lived in a suburban neighborhood and would have NEVER have thought this could happen. We got mice eating on our bagged and boxed goods. We called in exterminators who told us how mice can get into the tiniest openings. We had cabinets similar to yours, lockable, etc. They still got in. We had to end up putting things in 5 gallon buckets and had to keep check month to make sure nothing got in. We kept sticky traps under the cabinets. Just keep a watchful eye for any signs!
very impressive. i love the colors of the cabinets. i love the storage ideas, especially the shelf for cans. You all did an amazing Job with this transformation over the couple of months.
I just ordered 3 of the cabinets to put in my storage container. Can't wait to get them and put them to use. Thanks for the idea. Have a great weekend.
Wow, Amy, your garage storage looks amazing. The two cupboards either side of the shelving looks stunning. Once again you've turn another place in your home to something not only practical and useful, you made it look beautiful aswell. You should be very proud of yourself, well done. It was adorable watching Weston giving he's approval for the storage. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend 💞
Wow! Amy this is amazing! You did a wonderful job and have inspired me to work on better organizing my food shelves. Thank you so much for sharing with us! 😘♥️👍
That is so nice. Those cabinets hold so much, and I like the doors that keeps things in. The slanted shelf for the canned food is very clever. Good job Amy!
This project turned out so nice. It’s so organized. We just did a big declutter and my food storage shelves are a mess. You’ve inspired me to get it organized, I’ll have to look for the white baskets next time I go to $$ tree. I need one of those rolling shelves.
Hi Amy. I checked the comments and didn’t see anything about mounting the cabinets and shelves to the walls to prevent tip over-especially since you’re moving the snacks to a higher shelf 😊. Seeing how well you and your husband work together, it’s probably something that you’re planning for or have completed. Forgive me if you addressed this concern in the video and I missed it. ❤
Is your garage temperature controlled? I was thinking of doing something like this in our garage....but it can get freezing in the winter and stuffy in the summer. May need to do extra insulation...I'm not sure. But I love this because the kitchen isn't bogged down with all the overflow.
Your organization is great! Our garage stays hot in the summer and part of Autumn. Does yours and would that be bad for the canned goods? We have room in our garage but we're concerned about the temperature. Thanks for letting me know about this. Great video as always! Your little one was a big help!🤗😊💙
Does it not get too hot out there for canned goods? My a/C went out in my home in Texas. It’s 100 in the summer. I’ve only been without a/c a month and a half and I’m so worried about all of my canned goods. My home canning! Blessings. ❤
Wow, what a transformation! It looks great and very functional.
Thanks so much!

Very nice, Amy. So happy for you.
Both are good set ups for storing things, but I do like the closed cabinets better.❤❤❤
I love the selves. You're so talented in all you do. I really enjoy your channel.

It is insulated, so it stays fairly nice in the garage. Thankfully! 😊

I wouldn’t want the canned goods to get too warm. Our garage doesn’t get too warm during the summer.
@@PositivelyAmy ok thanks. Mine gets hot so I better not use it for storing canned goods. Thank you for your advice!

The garage is insulated, so it stays pretty nice out there.
You can even put children in them! 😅
