I've loved this song since I saw him on Letterman! A wizard!

That performance alone should catapult Todd right to the top of The List, as is the case with so many other of his songs, his works with other bands, relevant for decades, needn't quantify though, many. The guy is the best musician Glad to be alive to witness the talent, Thank U T R

Todd: One of the top 20 rock musicians of the 20th century. Strangely under the radar for many people.

That is Vince Welnick on keyboards. I too saw this show at the Wiltern Theatre in L.A. Unbelievably terrific concert and to have ten, count 'em TEN singers in that band, really allowed them to flesh out all of those pop harmonies that Todd likes to write. Great show and if you like this clip, there is a DVD of the entire concert called "LIVE In Tokyo." Just way cool. :-)

Such a great song. Todd's voice is at it's peak around the 90's and especially this tour.

He is backed by some of the best Sacramento, CA musicians there was: Larry Tagg, Brent Bourgeois, Lyle Workman, and Michael Urbano....was watching Brent and Larry since 1978, in their band famous to Northern California, Uncle Rainbow.

me too!!!! Probably the best concert I've ever seen (I've seen at least 100..)!!! Todd's voice was in great form...the band was amazing, and the backup singers were excellent too!! I'm still considering ordering this show on DVD..the great memories that it would bring back would more than make up for the cost...

Saw the opening stop of this tour in Phoenix in 1988. The band was in fine form, in an intimate venue, and Todd was just electric that night. Easily one of the five best shows I've ever seen from anybody.

Yes, she's in the middle. Her name is Michele Gray (now Rundgren).
Another interesting tidbit.. Todd and Michele's son, Rebop (I didn't make that up!) Collaborated with his dad on his newest album, White Knight.

What I can't understand about an artist like Todd Rundgren is this:
For a man who's message in music is so spiritually uplifting and progressive - he is totally deceived by the left.
I simply cannot wrap my head around it.
Still a fan of his music but have lost all respect for him as a person.

This is a lot less cringey than Real Man , again a brilliant performance by Todd , and theres only one point that I wanna shoot the overperforming guy to the left, just who is that guy, thanks again for all the music you post
