I will admit, this is exactly how I got some of my doubts and weakest moments even after having been guided, alhamdulillah though that I turned to the qur'an and found the words of Allah directly dismissing such doubts in the verses I had come across believingthis was Allah's guidence. I knew I submitted my will to Allah and weather my iman was strong or weak i will still follow the guidence of Allah and fulfil my obligations to Allah because I had submitted my will to Allah. Alhamdulillah. Once you leave such content even watching the arguments with enemies of Islam, you will focus on buikding your own knowldge of the deen instead of finding satisfaction in others seeing Islam's value as though that validates it. Islam does not need the validation of those misguided peoples, if Allah wanted them to be guided it would happen and yet you should be pleased with the guidence of Allah given to you and focus on building upon that. May Allah forgive us all and strengthen our ummah and guide us all ameen.
Walahi this is a fact! These debates leave many muslim having questions! They allow the non Muslim to make certain points, and they (the Muslim debater) doesn’t answer the question properly or scoffs the question away instead of answering it. It’s unlike people like Shaykh Uthman who literally tell the non Muslim “don’t cut me off, let me answer the question”. Because this is a problem. Even if one has full conviction of the religion Al Islam after we here a doubt, we the viewers have to go find the answer to many questions ourselves. Does that even make sense? Then we sit and watch people go back and forth name calling, and that is teaching us what exactly? What are we learning? May Allah guide us to the Haq and may Allah allow us to accept it. If a Muslim has a question, one should ask those of knowledge ie scholars true students of knowledge who call to the Quran and Sunnah not to themselves or their degrees. Those of knowledge can easily break a “question” down and explain it properly. Islam is the perfect religion nothing literally compares nothing is above the religion of Allah. Look into it before you are put 6 feet under and there is no “looking” back (your inevitable death). Remember, Islam is not fixated on individuals especially individuals with deviant beliefs. We take from the Quran (speech of Allah) the authentic Sunnah, and the understanding of the Companions & those who proceeding them in righteousness the Salaf (may Allah have mercy on all of them). In my country we read Hafs, I picked up a Warsh Quran and didn't notice any differences other than some harakat and a few words with the same meaning, when you hear someone read it you realize that the style of recitation is a bit different, that's it

How can you support a religion that condones wife beating? How can you support a religion that condones the death of people who speak out against all the darkness within the religion?! Sahih Bukhari 4:52:260 says: “Kill those who change their religion.” And Sahih Bukhari 9:83:17 says: “The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am his apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: in retaliation for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse, and the one who reverts from Islam and leaves the Muslims.” 1) What man on earth decides he can dictate what another man does with their own sexuality?!? 2) This is merely a man-made ploy to keep Muslims from leaving the cult. God would never ever instruct for a man to be killed for leaving a religion.

I have seen both your Alidawah and your videos about recent events that have occurred and I have to say this that both of you need to reconcile , seriously ,because both of you have made mistakes , Alidawah being cringeworthy in the debate and you and knowledge north for being way too harsh on Alidawah and being way too quick to release the video criticising him publicly before giving him advise privately first . A wise person once said, "We're too focused on the problem and not the solution. If we see a pothole on the road and keep focusing on it, we will inevitably drive into the pothole. Instead, if we focused on the solution of avoiding the pothole we can brake or go around it" I think that sums up what Islam teaches us as well...acknowledge there's a pothole, but most importantly work on solutions to not go in that pothole.

The obsession amongst lay Muslims to “always respond” is the crux of the problem. In many situations; not speaking , responding, etc or even outright not “playing the game” with said disbelievers is the apt pursuit for the believer.

Whoever seeks guidance _will_ be granted the same. That's a principle I learned in a book at a very young age. So the most important thing is to _seek_ the truth, which you are already doing. Regarding _where_ to learn, I would strongly recommend you to learn from the original sources of Islam, i.e. the Qur'an and the Sunnah. I know, this wouldn't be so easy as watching a RUclips video of some scholar, and more so because you would also need to learn the Arabic language first. But take brother Sajid for example, he took the difficult decision to leave his home country and spend 8 years in Madinah, all for the sake of Allah. I suggest you also take a similar route, and stick to the original sources as much as possible. The keywords are *Qur'an,* and *Sunnah*
As a born Muslim, I started seeking knowledge at 40 years if age because I wasn't aware that we need to seek knowledge of Islam. We have learned all through our life to follow the imam of masjid and that's enough. I wasn't clear about things. I started looking for answers in my 20s and went through so many things that I sometimes feel my life is wasted. I have gone through "a muslim" to a "modern muslim" to "brief Athiesm" to complete shirk like Sufism. Finally back to my religion when I started praying regularly without missing a prayer. As a parent it's your responsibility to teach your kids Salah without leniency and follow yourself. My parents were so lenient about religion that my 3 siblings have left Islam completely. One is agonist, one is Christian and one is athiest. That's scary sad.

A few polite questions 1 if religion is clear and natural to human why do you have to follow others humans to get it right? 2 If our ending depends on it such as going to hell or heaven for eternity, should not God have chosen a more reliable way of passing the knowledge than relying on humans? Are doubt and questioning, not the traits that have lead humans to invent, improve thier lives? Why can't we doubt what religion told us? What if someone does not have the time, capacity or means to learn Arabic?
1. It is clear if you understand it from the true sources of Islam; the Qur'an and Sunnah. Understanding these sources require correct methodology. This prevents just anyone taking any meaning they desire from the text, which is problematic, especially when said meaning conflict with other sources in the Quran and Sunnah. 2. This world is a test. To prove who is truly God-fearing and to differentiate between those who follow Allah and His messenger and those who follow their own desires. If Allah wants, He can place the Qur'an and the understanding it in each and every person... But then, where is the test? We will not appreciate the rewards of the hereafter if not for the sacrifice and effort to attain it in this life of test.

If you are indirectly defending Apuss and critiquing Mohammed Hijab and Ali Dawah, let me remind you that pious scholars in the past had debates with heretics. For example, Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal had debates with Mu'tazilites and Imam Abu Hanifa had debates with Atheists. What Ali Dawah did with Apuss was not a debate necessarily, it was a mubahala or open curse. And this guy Apuss has attempted to desecrate the religion of Islam with his tounge and his hands. Therefore, Ali Dawah has the full right to bring him into his platform and expose him because he bas gheerah for his Deen.
He did the opposite. He reminded people to stay away from apus. Clearly. And yes. Scholars have debated them, and absolutely crushed them. But mostly they did that with the evidences from Quran and Sunnah, and they were able to make an impact without creating an ongoing war. This is very hard for people to do on the internet anyway, plus many people don’t compare in knowledge to the level of the scholars you mentioned.
May Allah reward you and keep us all on the right path. Truly the one eyed man is king in the land of the blind. Most of us in the West are not able to listen to the scholars directly so every one with a microphone is able to influence. Brother Saajid is pointing out behaviour (arrogance, low moral standards and a lack of proper Islamic education) that would be considered unacceptable within Western culture, but which appears to be somewhat excusable (if not completely acceptable) within present-day Islamic culture. If brother Saajid were to do what you are suggesting (which is to ignore the problem and to sweep it under the carpet, hoping that it will somehow go away), then he would effectively be giving a green light for this kind of behaviour to not only continue, but also to spread within the next generation of Muslim youth who watch Ali Dawah’s videos. By openly exposing this evil behaviour and calling it out, brother Saajid is effectively trying to educate the Muslims and to persuade them to get their Islamic education from more reliable sources. Of course, Ali Dawah and his mentor Mohammed Hijab don’t see it like that. They probably see these videos as personal attacks against them, with brother Saajid presumably trying to steal their audience away from them with his “backstabbing” attacks. I have made the decision a while back while I still love them for being Muslim. Since then I have progressed in Arabic, memorization speed is up 10x. I study tafseer, am more clear and have less doubts. Alhamdulillah. Use the time you freed wisely. If you’re a Non-Arab I recommend you go through this playlist. This course teaches book 1 of the three medina books. At the time you get done with all three books (this can take as little as 7 months) you will be able to understand 95% of Quran إن شاء الله. You can get the books online or the pdfs on the lqtoronto website.
@@ibnamanot it takes about 2-4 hours three times a week. You can add later on using anki app for vocab, or talking to Arabic friends once you pick up a few principles. But neither is necessary and in the beginning just going by the classes is way better anyway

I will admit, this is exactly how I got some of my doubts and weakest moments even after having been guided, alhamdulillah though that I turned to the qur'an and found the words of Allah directly dismissing such doubts in the verses I had come across believingthis was Allah's guidence. I knew I submitted my will to Allah and weather my iman was strong or weak i will still follow the guidence of Allah and fulfil my obligations to Allah because I had submitted my will to Allah. Alhamdulillah.
Once you leave such content even watching the arguments with enemies of Islam, you will focus on buikding your own knowldge of the deen instead of finding satisfaction in others seeing Islam's value as though that validates it. Islam does not need the validation of those misguided peoples, if Allah wanted them to be guided it would happen and yet you should be pleased with the guidence of Allah given to you and focus on building upon that.
May Allah forgive us all and strengthen our ummah and guide us all ameen.
Walahi this is a fact! These debates leave many muslim having questions! They allow the non Muslim to make certain points, and they (the Muslim debater) doesn’t answer the question properly or scoffs the question away instead of answering it. It’s unlike people like Shaykh Uthman who literally tell the non Muslim “don’t cut me off, let me answer the question”. Because this is a problem. Even if one has full conviction of the religion Al Islam after we here a doubt, we the viewers have to go find the answer to many questions ourselves. Does that even make sense? Then we sit and watch people go back and forth name calling, and that is teaching us what exactly? What are we learning? May Allah guide us to the Haq and may Allah allow us to accept it. If a Muslim has a question, one should ask those of knowledge ie scholars true students of knowledge who call to the Quran and Sunnah not to themselves or their degrees. Those of knowledge can easily break a “question” down and explain it properly. Islam is the perfect religion nothing literally compares nothing is above the religion of Allah. Look into it before you are put 6 feet under and there is no “looking” back (your inevitable death). Remember, Islam is not fixated on individuals especially individuals with deviant beliefs. We take from the Quran (speech of Allah) the authentic Sunnah, and the understanding of the Companions & those who proceeding them in righteousness the Salaf (may Allah have mercy on all of them).

In my country we read Hafs, I picked up a Warsh Quran and didn't notice any differences other than some harakat and a few words with the same meaning, when you hear someone read it you realize that the style of recitation is a bit different, that's it

It is both the first source for scholars and a manual for the general reader.
Quran 9:29 - Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the last day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and his messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the scripture. Fight until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.
Quran 9:5 - And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer and give zakah, let them go on their way. (Here they’re saying they’ll only let someone go if they repent and accept Islam. Can you imagine being a Christian or Jew of that time and being forced to accept some strange new religion you knew nothing about that was claiming to be the truth and telling you that you either need to repent or die?!? A large percentage of today’s Muslims believe this to hold true to this day, which is why there have been 40,000+ Islamic terrorist attacks in the past 20 years.)
How can you believe in a religion whose leader marries a child?? It explicitly says in the texts that Aisha was 6 when Muhammad married her and 9 when he consummated their marriage. He was 54 at the time. Sick. A large percentage of Muslims to this day maintain the belief that it’s acceptable to marry children. Ali Dawah says that he would marry off his 9 year old girl to a grown man, and Mohammad Hijab speaks about how child marriage is permitted in Islam’s texts. Daniel Haqiqatjou, one of America’s leading Dawah men also supports the practice.
Muhammad’s sex life and his sex slaves are mentioned all throughout the Hadith - what kind of sick religion brags about the sex life of its so-called leader??? Sahih Bukhari 268 is one such example. It says that Muhammad has the sexual strength of 30 men. And there is plenty of mention of the sex he and his companions have with their sex slaves. WTF kind of religion is this?! You don’t believe the Hadith to be true, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that they document the words and actions of Muhammad.
There’s also plenty of devaluation and subjugation of women, as well as the encouragement of wife beating. Muhammad claims he visited hell and said that it had more female occupants than male. When asked why, he said: “Because they’re ungrateful to their husbands.” Such bullshit. 🙄😤 The Quran also tells men that their wives are their “tilth” which means soil, land and tillage, and that men can “plow” your tilth whenever and however you like. So, for one thing, it equates women to property and land 😡😡😡 and permits men to have sex with their “land” whenever and wherever they like. Again, what kind of sick religion is this?!? What if you had a daughter, how would you feel about this?!? Or your sister?! Or mother?! Do you see them as property or “tilth” to be fucked whenever and wherever their husbands want?! Your “holy” book completely disregards a woman’s individual autonomy and agency to be her own person and think for herself. It considers women nothing more than a possession to be used in whatever way a man wants.
Sahih Muslim 4:2127 states that Muhammad struck his favorite wife, Aisha, in the chest one evening when she left the house without his permission. Aisha describes, “He struck me on the chest which caused me pain.” There are also Hadiths describing instances when Muhammad’s companions hit his wives as well.
How can you support a religion that condones wife beating? How can you support a religion that condones the death of people who speak out against all the darkness within the religion?! How can you support a religion condones honor killings? Sahih Bukhari 4:52:260 says: “Kill those who change their religion.” And Sahih Bukhari 9:83:17 says: “The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am his apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: in retaliation for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse, and the one who reverts from Islam and leaves the Muslims.” 1) What man on earth decides he can dictate what another man does with their own sexuality?!? 2) This is merely a man-made ploy to keep Muslims from leaving the cult. God would never ever instruct for a man to be killed for leaving a religion.

I have seen both your Alidawah and your videos about recent events that have occurred and I have to say this that both of you need to reconcile , seriously ,because both of you have made mistakes , Alidawah being cringeworthy in the debate and you and knowledge north for being way too harsh on Alidawah and being way too quick to release the video criticising him publicly before giving him advise privately first . Allah has already revealed to you, O believers, in the noble Qur’ān that if you are sitting in a gathering and you hear a person disbelieving in Allah’s words starting to make fun of them, then you must not sit with them and you must leave the gathering until they begin speaking about something other than disbelief and making fun of Allah’s words. If you sit with them while you hear them disbelieving in and mocking at Allah’s words, then you are like them in not following Allah’s instruction, because you went against Allah by sitting with them just as they went against Him by disbelieving in Him. Allah will gather the hypocrites, who show themselves as Muslims on the outside but hide disbelief inside themselves, and the disbelievers together in the fire of Hell on the Day of Judgement.

That is the difference between the ones, who took the time to learn from scholars with authentic and sound knowledge, and those who don't take their time to learn the proper ways. Having good intentions is very good but is not enough. We have to know what we are talking about. Otherwise, we will fall into the trap of saying things about Allah and his deen without knowledge. It's difficult to know from who or where to take the knowledge from. I also live in a non muslim country, I don't know any muslims in my community neither and the pandemic complicates things. Whoever seeks guidance _will_ be granted the same. That's a principle I learned in a book at a very young age. So the most important thing is to _seek_ the truth, which you are already doing.
Regarding _where_ to learn, I would strongly recommend you to learn from the original sources of Islam, i.e. the Qur'an and the Sunnah. I know, this wouldn't be so easy as watching a RUclips video of some scholar, and more so because you would also need to learn the Arabic language first. But take brother Sajid for example, he took the difficult decision to leave his home country and spend 8 years in Madinah, all for the sake of Allah. I suggest you also take a similar route, and stick to the original sources as much as possible. The keywords are *Qur'an,* and *Sunnah*
As a born Muslim, I started seeking knowledge at 40 years if age because I wasn't aware that we need to seek knowledge of Islam. We have learned all through our life to follow the imam of masjid and that's enough. I wasn't clear about things. I started looking for answers in my 20s and went through so many things that I sometimes feel my life is wasted. I have gone through "a muslim" to a "modern muslim" to "brief Athiesm" to complete shirk like Sufism. Finally back to my religion when I started praying regularly without missing a prayer. As a parent it's your responsibility to teach your kids Salah without leniency and follow yourself. My parents were so lenient about religion that my 3 siblings have left Islam completely. One is agonist, one is Christian and one is athiest. That's scary sad.

A few polite questions
1 if religion is clear and natural to human why do you have to follow others humans to get it right?
2 If our ending depends on it such as going to hell or heaven for eternity, should not God have chosen a more reliable way of passing the knowledge than relying on humans?
Are doubt and questioning, not the traits that have lead humans to invent, improve thier lives? Why can't we doubt what religion told us?
What if someone does not have the time, capacity or means to learn Arabic?
1. It is clear if you understand it from the true sources of Islam; the Qur'an and Sunnah. Understanding these sources require correct methodology. This prevents just anyone taking any meaning they desire from the text, which is problematic, especially when said meaning conflict with other sources in the Quran and Sunnah.
2. This world is a test. To prove who is truly God-fearing and to differentiate between those who follow Allah and His messenger and those who follow their own desires. If Allah wants, He can place the Qur'an and the understanding it in each and every person... But then, where is the test? We will not appreciate the rewards of the hereafter if not for the sacrifice and effort to attain it in this life of test.

What if someone is blind, deaf or has other learning needs how are they supposed to access?

If this world is a test then how come this test in not equal for everyone,what about other human beings who came before homosapiens?

If you are indirectly defending Apuss and critiquing Mohammed Hijab and Ali Dawah, let me remind you that pious scholars in the past had debates with heretics. For example, Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal had debates with Mu'tazilites and Imam Abu Hanifa had debates with Atheists. What Ali Dawah did with Apuss was not a debate necessarily, it was a mubahala or open curse. And this guy Apuss has attempted to desecrate the religion of Islam with his tounge and his hands. Therefore, Ali Dawah has the full right to bring him into his platform and expose him because he bas gheerah for his Deen.
He did the opposite. He reminded people to stay away from apus. Clearly.
And yes. Scholars have debated them, and absolutely crushed them. But mostly they did that with the evidences from Quran and Sunnah, and they were able to make an impact without creating an ongoing war. This is very hard for people to do on the internet anyway, plus many people don’t compare in knowledge to the level of the scholars you mentioned.
May Allah reward you and keep us all on the right path. Truly the one eyed man is king in the land of the blind. Most of us in the West are not able to listen to the scholars directly so every one with a microphone is able to influence. Seek knowledge brothers and sisters and return back to real the people of knowledge.

Indeed we have placed over their hearts covers lest they understand and in the ears deafness and if you call them to guidance they will never be guided” (18:57)

@@bayz6487 I think that maybe there’s something deeper going on here, and that’s a clash of cultural values. Brother Saajid is pointing out behaviour (arrogance, low moral standards and a lack of proper Islamic education) that would be considered unacceptable within Western culture, but which appears to be somewhat excusable (if not completely acceptable) within present-day Islamic culture.
If brother Saajid were to do what you are suggesting (which is to ignore the problem and to sweep it under the carpet, hoping that it will somehow go away), then he would effectively be giving a green light for this kind of behaviour to not only continue, but also to spread within the next generation of Muslim youth who watch Ali Dawah’s videos.
By openly exposing this evil behaviour and calling it out, brother Saajid is effectively trying to educate the Muslims and to persuade them to get their Islamic education from more reliable sources.
Of course, Ali Dawah and his mentor Mohammed Hijab don’t see it like that. They probably see these videos as personal attacks against them, with brother Saajid presumably trying to steal their audience away from them with his “backstabbing” attacks.
But at the end of the day, who cares what Ali Dawah and Mohammed Hijab have to say about it? This is a battle of good versus evil, and evil has always hated being exposed for what it is.

I was lowkey planning to unfollow Ali dawah and Mohammad hijab but now I've made my decision, I'm not staying anywhere near them
I made that decision a while ago, Alhamdulillahi Rabb al-aalameen.
I have made the decision a while back while I still love them for being Muslim. Since then I have progressed in Arabic, memorization speed is up 10x. I study tafseer, am more clear and have less doubts. Alhamdulillah.

At the time you get done with all three books (this can take as little as 7 months) you will be able to understand 95% of Quran إن شاء الله. You can add later on using anki app for vocab, or talking to Arabic friends once you pick up a few principles. But neither is necessary and in the beginning just going by the classes is way better anyway
