To help visualize the shape better, get some 4 way stretch lycra, lay it over the wire frame and clamp it in place, stretching the lycra taught.
Step back and check how it flows (or doesn't), and take photos so you can get a different perspective.

I love that we get to see the coachworking side of things, including the finessing of ideas - the scale model is good, but as you're finding, it doesn't always scale up, and there's always room for improvement. It's looking fantastic now - it's starting to look very much like a blend of American muscle with European flair and beauty (a bit like your shop then?). I can't wait to see how the wire frame lines translate into solid panels.
As for Aluminium vs Aluminum, as a brit I'll go with the former, but accept that our cousins say it differently. It's refreshing that you say it interchangeably - i feel somehow more included! 😂

Yeah we're talking about making your own tail lights you literally just need to 3D print the size you want and the design you get some casting silicone and clear epoxy resin and then some led strips to go inside it inspired by 60s supercars does not mean you have to use only technology from back then, and the fact that you can get dyes for those resins you could just do white LEDs inside the red orange and white resins and use a style similar to the ones that are found on the R32 skyline it's a red ring around a white circle and the white part has an orange light on it as well as a regular white light for turning signals

Loving the Jigsaw series guys - it's my Saturday night regular watch here in Australia. I've been building my own car from scratch for a while now ( I'm currently about 18 years into a 5 year build plan 😮) and one of the big considerations here is compliance for road registration. What's the regime you need to confirm to, if any? I.e. to my eyes, those tailights may be too far inboard to meet the regs. But, does that even matter for you?

Maybe I'm not understanding, but I'm really not a big fan of the rear body just rolling up in a swoop to the tail lights panel. I also hate to inform you that more heat isn’t always the solution. Too much penetration in the weld region can and will lead to a weaker weld. Try and find a heat that’s in between where you have to heat it up for about two seconds and then start adding wire. The welds should be slightly domed on top whenever you’re finished.

This is a great build. I anticipate it every week, and my future self will be very sad to see this build end. For now.....$0.02.....From what I've seen, I think the 60's had a lot of hard edges, but no strait lines, but Shelby did some great flowing designs, particularly on the Daytona imo. Opinions are like assholes though, to. LOL. The tube on the inside back from the roof to the tail could be crowned a little and might be cool if the built in wing was raised up equal to the distance its recessed down from the wheel fender sections to give it more emphasis, look faster, and longer, to be more effective with the aerodynamics. Whatever. lol. Love the series though!!!
