My family and I have been fans of yours for a couple years now. We would watch your videos in the living room as a family on Friday evenings after work. The kids loved them and it was a way for my wife and I to decompress after the work week. It would also get me excited to get out in the lawn early in the mornings. With your tips I was able to create a lawn I never thought I could have. Last year during your lawn renovation I proudly accepted the award for best lawn in the country in your absence. (I created this award but it doesn’t reduce any of the significance). Around August of last year we sold our home and began the journey of building our dream home (and lawn). The process has been overwhelmingly difficult for multiple reasons but primarily because our temporary home is a 1 bedroom 900sqf home.1 bedroom isn’t quite enough for 5 human beings apparently. I have missed working in the lawn and have been so discouraged that we have not watched any of your videos until last Friday. I’m happy to say that when I finally decided to restart the tradition the entire family was thrilled. And for a few moments we could relax and be taken back to some easier times. Thank you for what you do, I hope you keep up the content.
Good to see you back... you just make my night watching your video laughing spreading the humid-acid on the snow ,I thought I was the only one crazy mowing 3/4 at 45 degrees in minnesota after my neighbors seen me mowing laughing at me...
Connor, by your description of the winter that my guess was you were in Utah. Then I saw your contact info and I was correct. Thank you for your knowledge and sharing it with us. I am your fellow Utahn in Utah County.
Love the super juice part you should get a special RUclips award for that. I was expecting you to break out a flamethrower to melt all that snow. Well maybe next winter and you can sell it in your store!!!
We don’t have 14” of snow left but lawn season still hasn’t kicked off here in southern MN. We did have record snowfall this year as well but had a shock week of mid 80’s two weeks ago. Snow, rain and cool temperatures since.
I’m a golf course Superintendent in Vermont and do this and sometimes black sunflower seeds. I also dig exposed holes every ten feet and wait for the sun
Likely that it's the humic absorbing heat from Sun rather than the snow which just reflects it that makes it work. Makes you wonder if spraying a product could work to give the snow a dark covering.
Slow start here in southern Michigan too, a week of 80s jumped things ahead but now it’s back to cool and wet so the lawn hasn’t started full spring flush growing yet. But on like the 6 mow 2 a week keeping it clean and not cutting off much. Btw what u have on the ground is all we got this whole season and it never stayed more than a few days when we did get snow
Little trick our college baseball team use to do here in NY when we had games in the spring with snow was walk on the snow and the foot prints is what melts the snow.. the light going into the foot hole will melt the snow. So hopefully the humic helps to but I think the foot holes will be the major factor.. great video glad to see you back.
I got a great idea for a future video Connor. Once the snow melts and you assess your grass, you need to level your entire lawn with that chest spreader😂😂😂😂
I would have never guessed that snow melt would lead to flooding, since it seems like snow melts slowly, but wow curious to see the results and hope it’s nothing unfortunate for your community
Dang. So much snow to melt. I tell ya, it melted quick here in MN but it's because we had 4 days of 80 degree weather, now we're back into the 30's and 40's with a slow creep back to warmer temps. We'll get to summer someday!
@@Legendary_UA I’d venture to guess he’s already putting down the humid acid anyway. I’m not sure he has plans of buying enough black plastic to cover his yard.
I can't imagine what your neighbors and the people driving by think. 🤣🤣 also you look like you went 12 rounds in the ring against snow after you were done.
I have that same chest granular spreader and used it once. It’s awful. Nowhere near enough adjustment in the straps to get it tight enough to my chest. It hangs down at crotch level, bouncing against my legs as I walk around (the granular spreader, that is). Then, once you start using it, you get absolutely covered in whatever chemical you’re applying. I bought it thinking it would be easy to spread granular pre-emergent around the plants in my beds. I’ll stick to liquid applications with my backpack sprayer instead of using that POS.
That'll work on maybe an inch of snow....not gunna do much against the 2 foot you have there haha. People have been using black sand to melt snow on grass forever. It's a great idea to use humic.
Hey Connor, What if you tryed blowing this material with a backpack blower and a big funnel fabed on the discharge chute. Probably, a two person operating and pouring product though. Could make a good video with the wife though😁
It's always good to see a Connor Ward video. It just lifts my spirits when I'm feeling blue.
Same here
One of the best comedy shows.
Might be the only channel I actually search for to see if a new vid has dropped.

It’s crazy that the best lawn RUclipsr has a 4.5 month growing season
It's very short.
The king is back!
You know it's lawn season when Connor Ward is out putting Humic on snow.
Love having you back Connor!
This guy is a fkn warrior, a fearless human being... one in a million... always fun to watch your videos. Connor Ward you the man.🤜🏼
Good to see you back on the Tube, been missing your endeavours!
The king is back on the RUclips! 💪
Not gunna lie.. I missed these videos. I’m so happy lol
Now that’s what we’re here for! LawnRebel doing lawnrebel things! Now to stripe that snow w the 3100 D! ✊🏼

Nice to see you starting to get back into action
Good to see you back the past couple days!! Weather has been crazy this winter in Oregon. Let's go spring!!! 🌞

Thanks Connor that cheered me up no end! One of the funniest clips I’ve seen 😂 🙌
This made my day!! Having you back 🤩🤩 keep it coming 🎉😊

So similar to me.. It's been a bad deal 🤝
This is awesome. Talk about dedication 😂😂😂
Glad you are making videos ...I will be getting some of that humic....
Thank Connor, always enjoy your commentary! Your garage is a mess, get some beer and spend the day putting things away and drinking;>
Connor is the neighborhood entertainment lol. Enjoyed the video as always 👍
Just insane yall still having all that snow. Glad im in Texas now, grew up in Wisconsin and i dont miss the winters lol
I’m a golf course Superintendent in Vermont and do this and sometimes black sunflower seeds. I also dig exposed holes every ten feet and wait for the sun
Cool staff, im happy you are back..
Now that's a ture lawn rebel video lol love it!
OH MY GOD! You’re back!!
Connor, you are a straight up legend 💯
Do your neighbors ever as you what you're doing? You do the things no one else does for a good yard.
Likely that it's the humic absorbing heat from Sun rather than the snow which just reflects it that makes it work. Makes you wonder if spraying a product could work to give the snow a dark covering.
Thank you for the Upload. Looking Forward for next Videos.

I have that spreader. I put it on the truck tailgate or workbench to fill the hopper. Makes it easier to connect to harness
It's a decent little spreader

That’s some crazy snow this year. I’m in eastern Washington, we had about a week or two around Christmas of snow and that’s it.
Saw a guy in Heber do this with a drone. Good to see you on the tubes.
I saw that story on the ksl's
😦wow! This is crazy to see in almost May! I’ve cut my lawn 5 times and it’s so thick and green!
Looks like it worked well. You'll be dominating soon Connor!
Replanted a big patch from snow mold this weekend!
I got a great idea for a future video Connor. Once the snow melts and you assess your grass, you need to level your entire lawn with that chest spreader😂😂😂😂
Good to see you back agen (:
“Looks good, feels good , I like my chances” lawn rebel quotes Tiger Woods! Didn’t expect that one today….
I wondered if anyone would get that reference. Jim Rome
I needed this, just saying
Snow mold whooped my lawns ass this year but still waiting for warm weather to hopefully get the lawn to grow
Reminds of Caribou Maine there April is our March in Boston
Wow...where you put the humic down...the snow looks like it disappeared. Incredible product 😂
I wonder if a dark colored tarp would trap heat and melt it faster.
Connor's outta hibernation! 🤘
I feel for you with the snow - you can see how neighbours yards have twice the height of snow still
Glad you are ok.
I would have never guessed that snow melt would lead to flooding, since it seems like snow melts slowly, but wow curious to see the results and hope it’s nothing unfortunate for your community
Looks like Connor could do with a crop dusting drone. haha
Welcome Home mate!!!
Entertaining as always.
You are a dedicated lawn nut lol. I envy you this is next level
I use that Humic from live earth!! Good stuff!!
I bet u had a lot of Lookie Lou’s watching U 😂loved the video
Hey MAAAA THis guys painting his snow !

I wish I could bring out my 50 lb drone spreader and do that in 30 seconds for ya 😂 cheers from Canada.
That would be awesome
@@lawnrebel TTA and XAG both make em. Expensive as hell though. We use them commercially or otherwise we would not have them.
Great seeing you again Connor, now we know it is grass time again - btw, I think you should work on some growth of the moustache ☝🏼
Did the spiker spreader that seemed similar not hold up? Pro tip if you have a P/U truck load that thing on your tailgate.
I think I would just wait for a little rain to melt the snow ! LOL Love your videos PS All the snow has long melted in the great white north
Damn man, where you been!? Missed your videos
I’m tired just watching lol good work!
We're almost at 16ft on the Mississippi, record level for sure.
The super juice video is one my all time favorites. Still waiting on the How To with Connor and Doc collab.
I wanna see you use that spreader with Milorganite so you get that nice scent up close while you spread.
No way. No more milorganite for me unless it's at a steep discount. That stuff is way too expensive for little reward
Please explain the chemistry behind humic acid melting snow.
E=MC◼️
Black absorbs heat.
@@Upliftyourbrothers Then why not cover it with black plastic?
@@Legendary_UA I’d venture to guess he’s already putting down the humid acid anyway. I’m not sure he has plans of buying enough black plastic to cover his yard.
Will that snow mold burn off? Wondering if you take a torch to it how it would come back. Try it on the POA too…I’ve had success with it.
I thought for sure the "Lawn Rebel" would take the flame torch to it!
Huffed a little of the black powder I think. You look much thinner hope you’re well and good!
Would’ve been a cool experiment to measure snow depth where you spread the humic and where you didn’t and see what kind of difference it makes.
I have a 30” +/- in my areas
Spreading Humic with the largest belly grinder I’ve ever seen. CW doing CW things.
I can't imagine what your neighbors and the people driving by think. 🤣🤣
also you look like you went 12 rounds in the ring against snow after you were done.
3:48 Looks like your getting ready to take a pee 😂
Thank you 👍

I love the Ted reference.
Ted. The Ted of all Ted's
My man, time to sell and move to SC and reel mow some crispy Bermuda, overseed with rye in the winter and kiss that snow goodbye.
That'll work on maybe an inch of snow....not gunna do much against the 2 foot you have there haha. People have been using black sand to melt snow on grass forever. It's a great idea to use humic.
Seen on another channel to put down fungicide in the late fall will help with snow mold what's your thoughts
I can only imagine what the neighbors and looky loos think! 🤣
thanks for the video sir.
Hey Connor, What if you tryed blowing this material with a backpack blower and a big funnel fabed on the discharge chute. Probably, a two person operating and pouring product though. Could make a good video with the wife though😁
I was close. I told you to paint it green!
Looking forward to the 🇺🇸 being flown again
Do you have snow for sale?
Haha you are nuts but also entertaining!😂😂😂
when is the lawn care guide coming out?
Probably tomorrow?
'just wanted to make the snow black' 🤣🤣🤣
I mean does the humic acid really help? Seems like some confirmation bias. How's it compared to the neighbors?
Excited for this year's videos!
He said he’d compare to the other side of his lawn where he did not apply
I’m in southern Idaho and Amazon delivery is garbage here. It’s usually 3-5 days.
It's certainly not 2 days anymore
Put the spreader in your truck tailgate to fill it and put it on your chest. That’s what I gave to do with my backpack sprayer.
Have you tried Prograss EC Herbicide? for POA
