Really from the heart. Your compassion comes through so honest and real. I know you will touch people with this video. I am so glad you waited around for it to get better because you certainly have a place in this world.
We need more people like you in this world. I have been bullied for a few years now because I am in showchoir and I love to perform. I'm not gay, but I feel like "It gets better" applies to me to. Thank you for a positive message,

Adam, this is truly a beautiful message. I first heard of you through facebook friends and your romney story. I thought that I would look up your it gets better video. That was around a month ago. Now, I am using you as an example of a solution and an aid for preventing suicide in my English 101 final paper for college. You are truly inspirational and more people need to know how it does get better. Thank you for this and thank you for being yourself. God bless
Hi Adam, I am an older gay man living on the other side of the world in Australia. I have never felt as proud of our global gay community as I was watching your video. You are a credit to yourself, your family (despite the odds), and to our community. I hope the love you sent out to all those young people facing the struggles you have felt (and I guess we all have felt at times), comes back to a hundred times over.

seeing the hatred and judgement of people even just on this one video makes me so embarrassed for the part of our society that still thinks that way, and knowing that it affects people out there breaks my heart. i want you to know that i am one of those people who loves you for you. and i am so very glad that the only camp you've ever been to is showchoir camps of america. haha.
thank you for adding your voice and your story to the chorus of beautiful human beings trying to save innocent lives.

@LittleBigBrazil To be honest... I'm not sure. But I do have plenty of very happy openly gay christian friends who love God and strive to be like Jesus in their every day life.

And apparently you find oral sex "disgusting," but I assure you many people, gay and straight, find it quite pleasurable...although if there's one thing we agree on, I don't really like it, either. :) (The difference is that you won't find me going around telling people how it's wrong.)
@horseracing2009 How dare you come on here and accuse the person who posted this video of being "unnatural." Congratulations on being straight. I'm not sure about you, but I don't wake up everyday choosing to like the opposite sex. The point of this video isn't to tell people to become gay. It doesn't work that way. It's to offer some hope to people who aren't treated equally in this country because of outdated beliefs about the value of a human based on sexual orientation.

The hate comments on this video are from one homophobic person only, horseracing2009, who very obviously is too immature to understand, that the value of human beings doesn't consist in breeding babies only. I consider that homophobe a troll at best, and I guess most other viewers do.
@horseracing2009 You have a funny definition of "natural" if your criterion is being able to reproduce. Even if we adpot your definition, *corn* is unnatural--it depends on humans to plant it (thereby continuing the specicies, i.e., reproduction) because the kernels are so far buried in the ear it wouldn't be able to otherwise.
Corn and *all* sexual orientations are "natural." Sorry if you don't like that.
