The trick with the loop turner to manage the last seam and elastic application is perfect. It's just what I needed to get it together. Thanks so much!!!!!
Very well done. thank you! 😊
Congratulations on our new journey! Looking forward to more tutorials, especially a DIY for your Lola top and Lola pant pattern! :)
Thanks so much! Coming soon!
I love this adventure you're starting Anastasia! Great video, can't wait to try it out ♥️
Thanks so much!! I will be uploading this pattern to my blog by this weekend :)
Hi there! Great tutorial. 2 questions
1) if I don't have an overlocker would a normal zigzag stitch work?
2) did you use a special a stretchy thread or would normal nylon thread do the trick? Thanks!!
Amazing tutorial ❤️❤️❤️
Great tutorial, very easy to understand and follow.
Olá! Sou do Brasil!
This was a great video lesson. You are careful to show each step regarding the details on the turn for the right leg opening. Thank you. Have bought a few of your patterns. Great work.
Hi! Thank you for the tutorial. Another question: where do you buy your fabric? What would you recommend?
For swimwear you should try to use knitted fabric that has around 80% polyester/20%spandex or 80%nylon /20%Spandex. Most printed fabrics tend to be on polyester and solids tend to be nylon.
Hi, I have subscribed to you but I did not receive any link to download the pattern. Please , could you so kind to send it ? Thank you very much❤
Thanks this was really helpful. I noticed you placed the elastic on one leg on the lining side and the other leg on the fabric side. Does this help to prevent the lining from showing on the edges when it is on?
What lengths of elastic should you put on the leg openings?
Nice love them
hii, i cant find the free pattern helppp please 🙏🏻💕
Hey!! Is it possible to use elastic thread instead of elastic band for sewing a scrunchie bikini bottom? Thanks!!
If you use elastic thread, you'll gather the fabric as you go. Personaly I use polyester thread and really thin plastic elastic band. And also a ball point needle which almost the most important.
I hope that I helped you
4:34 pleeeaassee explain how you turned your suit back out!!
I did everything right before that step and idk why but It’s not turning right side out
Kayla Deans she did it through the little whole she left at the crotch
Thank you, it took a min but eventually I got it
@@andreaadrianza13 do you have any way of explaining this? I’m stuck as well and habe no idea what goes where
Do you use woolly nylon thread? What # tension do you put on your serger? Thanks!
Hola amiga Qué hermoso ese bikini Me encantó Muchas gracias por compartir😍😍👏👏💋❤🌹🌹🌹🙏🤝
Great video. It's not easy to film sewing tutorials.
Thank you for this.
Quick question: do you want to Sew the elastic super close to the edge of the fabric?
yes indeed
Hi There! Yes! You want the elastic to be right on the edge! I recommend using an elastic foot for your machine, it makes it a lot easier to achieve this :)
@@SewSwimmingly are those elastic foot standard, I mean for every serger machine? Thanks for the video!
@@Adrianxax86 No, you would need to search for a foot that works for your machine model, or maybe try going into a sewing machine dealer/ shop for help. I hope that helps!
Thanks so much for sharing
que bonito...???😄😄
I have seen other videos like this one. Why doesn't anyone "top stitch" around the waist and leg holes?
because then it wouldn't be seamless
When I turn my bikini out, the threads show where I serged... can anyone recommend how I can avoid this in the future?
Hey Hey Kainah tighter tension
This is the most confusing video. I do not understand sewing the second leg at all. Do you have a better tutorial that explains exactly what is happening here that is different from the first leg?
Without the pattern watching this video is worthless
You can buy it on etsy
