FANTASTIC RACE! Croft HSCC Roadsports 2023 race 2

One of the most eclectic mixes of cars around Croft!
TVR Vixen, Vauxhall Nova, MGB GT V8, Jaguar E-Type, Porsche 924 and Peugeot 205 GTI!
Bumper to bumper for a lot of the race. Great fun. Finished 14th overall and 5th our of the 70s cars.

We got grouped together to create a maximum grid so it was 1960s, 70s and 80s in the same race. We all got our own podiums and class wins

Did the borrowed engine do better than you thought

Much better! To be fair it’s ran great. Doesn’t miss a beat. The only downside is with it not being ported out as much as my old race head, I’ve lost power which affects me on the straights but I can still have plenty of fun
