Superb drive, must have been nice to miss out on all the first corner jitters! Sounding sweet. Was great to meet you on Sunday and enjoyed watching the second race. Just made me really want a go.... do I rebuild my 3000M into a race car or either of my MKIV or MKIII Spitfire sheds 🤔🤔🤔🤔!!!
Yeah it was great to meet you. Nice to see so many TVRs on display. Car ran well. It’s was crackling a lot in the second race which you’ll see and I lost a backplate on one of the Weber’s so the fuel mix was out. Luckily over fuelling so no engine issues! I’ll show it in a video 👍
@@Tomkitekah, that explains it. There was some visible 'vapour' coming out the back on the last 4 or 5 laps as you were approaching the complex. I'm off to read the rules.....😅
Super aggressive comeback drive! What do you think caused the stall? Sticky tyres on a hot track? Anyway, it produced an exciting video seeing you carve your way up through the field. Your personal adrenaline tank was clearly full, but a shame that your GoPro cameras couldn’t capture the “red mist” that was probably affecting your view! 😅 It was great to meet you last Sunday at Croft and I look forward to the video of Race 2. Please keep these entertaining videos coming! Cheers, Tony (yellow Vixen S2)
Hi Tony. Great to meet you. The clutch on the car is incredibly aggressive. It’s either on or off. As a race driver excuse, after putting the engine back in the clutch pedal biting point is a little different but I think it was driver error more than anything.
Now that's what you call a recovery drive 👍

Amazing comeback .So impressed.!
@@limjamrace Drove angry after stalling it 😅
Heart stopping moment but we've all been there - nice recovery drive
Yeah I had my eyes nearly closed waiting for an impact at the start.
Great recovery drive. That engine just seems to keep pulling, good job.
The engine is great. I can apparently rev it even more but prefer to shift at 7k rpm to hopefully keep it in one piece for longer 🤣
Class! Good Stuff Tom!
Cheers mate 🫡
Great stuff, excellent driving after a failed start.
Thanks 👍
Well done.. bet you did your best time .. done that a few times myself...Harro.
Yeah. Did my fastest laps in that race

As a viewer that's a great watch. It must be horrible waiting for everyone to see you sitting and hopefully pass 😬
@@roythomson1426 There’s nothing worse. Could be very nasty!
@@Tomkitek I was hoping to make it down to croft to see you racing but I had other commitments. Next year...
