Excellent work. Too bad it all has to come out again to replace torn cv boot, now it’s my turn to do a strut, thanks!

Is there a video that shows how to replace front struts on a 2 wheel drive Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Great video...! Question>>>Do you have to take out the CV joint? Thanks!

Is it safe to assume that minus the cv axle for the AWD, are the steps the same for 2 wheel drive?

In the real world a unicorn jumped out and gave everyone chocolates.
I did this installing Eibach lowering springs with no ramp.
I'm a mechanic from the 90s and now retired, gave this a go. Used spring clamps etc... wasn't easy.
😂😂 it's not as easy and recommend getting a workshop with a ramp to do it. I have warned you.
That trans axel will not come out without taking the lower ball joint out, which means removing the calipers and disc. If anyone manages to do it like they have on here, i will give them my Trackhawk. Please post it on youtube. Its impossible without a ramp.
Once lowered ( if you doing this as I was) ...... you will need $ for rear adjustable control arms, adjust your headlights, 4 wheel alignment.
    That's the easy stuff.
Prepare to spend more on niggle things and fall in to the trap i did 😅, it dont end, jeep have thought of everything to stop modifications 😂 shame they dont take that time to be user friendly like the old days.
Plus points..... was worth it. Handles and looks great.
Get ready to open your wallet.
Advice if doing it, don't use an impact gun on the upper control arms to tighten, evil threads.

What is the impact gun you use?
