The built in ones rarely cover the different needs of users. e.g. someone needs to capture an image upload in a form - many built in forms don't have this capability. Maybe you also need link tracking etc.
There are others that are extremely lifelike. But yeah I want to build something like that. Just need to figure out what is needed. Also some of the other ones

The text to speech market is incredibly competitive and saturated. Most of the available software is outdated and sounds unnatural but there's enough quality products to compete against. Google SEO will make or break your business. The AI stock photo arbitrage idea is very interesting. You just need to be a good salesman and simply sell. It's the most low tech of all your ideas and it's great. I imagine this niche will get a lot of competition shortly though so that's not a long term business.

Doesn’t every website builder also has forms? Why would someone need a separate product for that?

Are there any software regulations or patent infringements to consider when building your program?
Just be sure you're not using anyone else's code without permission and you should be good. No regulations in the USA AFAIK
