A fun fact is that sae’s aura is actually the Fibonacci sequence. The Fibonacci sequence is a sequence in which each number is the sum of the two preceding ones. This further shows has heavily you calculates to get an outcome instead of being instinctive, like rin.
For the last part I meant to say that it shows how heavily Sae has to calculate to get an outcome instead of being instinctive like rin, for those who didn’t understand
If it is the Fibonacci Sequence it would probably be more a commentary of perfection. This is because the sequences is heavily related to the “Golden Ratio”, a ratio that shows up in math as well as nature in many weird ways. This leads people to think of it as the perfect ratio. So if I had to guess it would be more a commentary on Saes constant search for perfection in his play.
cool thing is that reo mentions that he thinks the best player in the world is a fusion of itoshi rin and itoshi sae, he mentioned this while chris was asking reo what his ideal form is in the neo egoist league, its a cool detail.
Sae's cover also has a nice little touch of a pink light on the chain, representing Shido giving him hope while Rin's has that same light on the collar lol. Shido do be important.
Sae Itoshi somehow became my favorite character because he helped me get through a change in my own career. I wanted to become a striker. Hell, I'd even settle for being a forward/winger. My coach saw me as being the bext best player, but when I played against other strikers, I realized that I didn't have the hunger for scoring goals like others. I wanted to win, and I know that scoring the most goals in a match is how a team wins, but I decided that I wouldn't be the one to score those goals. I came to realize that I had incredible vision and creativity for plays. So, I moved down to Central Attacking Midfielder(CAM), and I thrived there. I loved being the one who started plays and even made goals from time to time. Sae Itoshi reminds me that I can still be the best, even if I'm not the striker I always wanted to be as a child. The only thing I hate about Sae is that he has my sister's birthday. Also, I'm only 5'8, so becoming a midfielder was something my friend saw coming while his 6'1 ass stayed as a striker.
Wonderful video. A lot of blue lock youtubers don't actually give any value and just reread the events of the manga with music in the background. You provided value and taught me stuff that wasn't obvious like the instinct stuff by Rin. Great job. Keep it up

One thing about the instinct thing. Kid Sae asked Rin about what he thinks when he plays football and when rin gave him the answer he was a bit puzzeled

In real life Sae will be labeled as a 'national traitor' by the Japanese media as well as law violation. It doesn't matter if he is good or not. Imagine Mitoma and Tomiyasu say that, their career would be over quick.
Sae: DO NOT USE ME AS A REASON TO PLAY FOOTBALL Rin: MUST.. DESTROY.. NII-CHAN But after watching it as many times as I have, I can't shake this feeling that Rin"s whole personality involves Sae, down to the way he acts and talks. A lot of things Rin has said, were things that Sae too has said (like when Sae told Rin he relied too much on instinct like Rin told Bachira). I still meat ride for Sae and believe that he hurts too because he lost his brother. That's why I'm gad I read the manga. There is a panel of a close up of Sae's eyes after Rin told him he wasn't the same brother where he is like, "damn he learned nothing these past four years" lmaoooo.. he had to be cruel to be kind
