Thanks. I used to take the bolt out of the top yoke. the nut under the tank looks so much easier.

This music sounds like an instrumental version of a soft cell album :D
Appreciate these videos R&O. Would be better with an explanation of what's going on if I'm honest but at least the video is fairly clear for the most part.

Similar to the 2014 VFR, I had to split the rear subframe from the front for access, but lifting the tank may have worked, I can't remember what the restrictions were now.

I have a 2003 vfr800 vtec abs model (19k miles) and I think the damping has gone. Can I have the shock regassed or do I have to buy a new shock?

Hiya buddy, great video and really helpful. Where did you get your cans from, I can’t find a listing for acrapovic cans for the VTEC anywhere?
    Did you make them up?
    Cheers in advance

What year is your VFR and did it come with the preload adjuster bracket or did you have to add it? Mine is a 2004 with stock rear shock. What model did you upgrade to? Thanks! Great video.

So my OEM Gas filled shock needs to come to be descaled, if I take off the adjuster won’t all the gas come out? How’s that work or the adjuster oil filled? Let me know please before I make a pigs ear of this 😱

It shouldn't leak if it stays elevated and there is no pressure in the shock

There's more fine tuning, adjustability and better dampening. good question
