  • Pinball Wizard is an example of early John Entwistle at his finest. The line flows with ease. I have taken a few liberties with the interpretation of the line for the benefit of the student. Go for a big boomy, round tone with strong yet legato plucks. Notice the heavy use of the blues box pattern on the verses and how easy it is to hear "the tune" from just the bass line. Enjoy!
