The fact that you are using torque ranch for tightening every nut on that engine clearly indicates that KTM must have given torque value in their repair guide / manual. This information is not available when you see the Indian engine repair guide / manual. Anyways great vide and thanks for sharing.
Good job and really nice filming! It's important not to forget thread locker. Only things I would've done differently is to soak the clutch plates in regular motoroil before assembly, and not use the assembly oil on it, as I have heard the additives in the assembly oil can foul the clutch plates. But it clearly worked out for you! I also like to grease the side cover gaskets, that way when you remove them in the future to check valve clearance for example they are much less likely to break.
I used engine oil only brother... The red oil in the bottle was engine oil... Assembly lube wasn't available at that time.

I wonder how you pulled it off without even looking at the service manual once! So much intricate detail into engine rebuild: right washers, right o-rings, right seals, everything. Amazing work dude!

Can you please explain one-way clutch and it's rotation direction in pulses 180 starter motor...
Quick question:
As engine of rc 390 and dominar 400 are nearly identical with some differences, I was changing clutch plates of dominar, I removed whole clutch basket for inspection, which leaves output shaft open freely, during this, accidently pressed starter button, but it didn't do anything, nothing happens, I double checked, gear was in neutral, ignition was on, but nothing happens in engine nor in starter motor.
So my question is, is there anything wrong with starter motor, or it doesn't simply start with Complete clutch basket with all plates in it and engine cover closed??
I want to find out if there is any specific way or position to install the balancer shaft and crank shaft or we can place it in any direction,no matter what..
