@@jaj4706 not entirely. we process things differently. So we can see the issue our wives are having, but we still might relate it to how we are perceived. the key is for both sides to be able to communicate how they are feeling, and both sides t understand and respect the others point of view.

Yes intimacy in marriage is important so why would the Lord allow such things to affect our marriages?

We are 61 and 62 healthy. But it’s very hard when one spouse keeps rejecting the other spouse and now treat’s sexual intimacy as trivial. There are a lot of us that go to bed lonely with our spouses next to us. As a man it hurts deeply and we pray to the lord for a answer and we don’t hear from Him.
It's terribly selfish for a spouse to say sexual intimacy is trivial, it's not. The Bible flat out forbids cutting your spouse off, except for short period of time to focus on prayer. It's definitely a physical and emotional need in men.

Before I got saved I withheld sex from my husband. I don’t get pleasure from it not just from my husband but before I got married and have sex in sin. So I looked at it as if I’m miserable and not being pleasured I’m not doing it. I have been praying and asking God for a calm sound mind or what’s keeping me from it! I was molested as a teenager by a family member and I think that has a lot to do with it! That’s also what brought me to homosexuality. I have slipped with homosexuality pornography a couple times since last October and I hate it!!
Maybe pray to God and ask the Holy Spirit if you need deliverance from that? I got deliverance from lust and a spirit spouse that took away desire for masturbation. Maybe the problem is spiritual for you
After over 30 years of marriage, I can say that if some men are eunuchs for thing kingdom of heaven, and others are born that way, yet others are made that way by their wives. I suppose some women are made that way by husbands. Such is life, take up your cross.
That's not acceptable. It's abandonment. Withholding from your spouse is no less sinful or covenant breaking than adultery. It's specifically forbidden in scripture.

Either do the work to go through the process of healing, so you can be a willing sexual partner or don't get married.

I wonder how different sex positions or sex acts such as oral can be considered sexually moral if the only way a person could learn about them is either from porn or someone else verbally expressing those techniques. I'm fine with those acts, I'm just asking what I think is an interesting question. People wouldn't be doing these things outside of missionary if you only read about sex from the Bible. It's just an interesting thought.
