He's really 5'7.5" or 5'8" after the shoes he puts on He's actually 5'10" or 5'10.5" and the other guy is actually 5'10.5 or 5'11" without the shoes (converse add .7). Therefore he's not 6 feet
@gdsrgwsd-fh7vz Yes yes yes it's possible to grow taller while you are on your teenage years Here are some tips -Do stretching exercises 3 times a day -Have at least 6 hours of sleep -Eat a balanced diet (which consists of meat,eggs etc) -Do activities like; Swimming Cycling And yeah you have a great possibility to grow taller since you are still young . I've been doing these exercises for 2 months btw I'm 19 years old and i went from 5 7 to 5 10 in a matter of time (Well i'm a late bloomer so my growth plates are not fully closed and that might be the reason why i'm still growing ) But remember whatever happens don't ever put yourself down ,just focus on yourself and then everything will be okay I wish you a good luck ..hope this helps you

That’s why you got a lot of young men/boys doing the most(shoes, limb lengthening surgeries, etc.) just to be passable. Don’t let these kinds of videos/comments convince you that you are inadequate for something you can’t control.
Yeah you can👍 play sports, stay active, eat plenty, stretch, sleep at least 8 hours or so, practice good posture. But don't workout like going to the gym because that will stop you from growing.
I went up from 5ft9 to almost 6ft with shoes didn't look like it changed much but I'm glad I measure 6ft with shoes I think 6ft1 or 6ft 2 is start of tall
