So let me get this straight, a known predator of young children is sleeping across the street from a school and offering them specifically free drugs. Yet, police cannot arrest this weasel because he is allowed to be near minors because what he did wasn't bad enough to keep him away from children for life but bad enough to be a registered child sex offender. Man is choosing to be homeless to stay near kids. Lock him up immediately

@@edthomas6548 What about adult predators? is 18 or 17 really that different? Regardless of age, it destroys a persons life. But under the law, the punishments are completely different. We should follow the child predator guidelines for adults too. Rape an 18 year old? 20 years to life, not this 99% of convicted rapists never spend a single day in jail. We are too leniant as a society for basically every crime except hurting a child, that's the only sentencing guideline we have correct.

sleeping on the street in a garbage shack with inflammatory signs posted all around it, in a place a school full of young children pass multiple times every day, surely doesn't "make it look easy for children." that's such a weird thing to say anyway, like.... i dont feel like i "live by rules." if you're a decent person, you don't need rules, you don't need to say, "i am always going to do A, B, and C," you just live, and you don't want to do bad things, because you know how bad it'd make you feel to do them. but, to live by "only two rules" and have one of them apply specifically to interactions with children, as a homeless man on the registry, living on a sidewalk.... that is truly bizarre.
this guy is definitely twisted in a really weird way. i wonder if it might be unsafe for him, to camp in areas concentrated with many street people, on account of his registry status. i wonder if that is why he camps in such a place... though, i suspect being able to peep out the side and see children is at least a secondary consideration for this spot, which is kinda gross
i have thought about it before... in my opinion, they should set up areas where sex offenders can just go, have their basic needs met to some extent, provided that they stay there, removed from society. special area where zoning and other laws dont apply, cops can show up for violent crimes and such as normal, but people can throw up a shack and legally live there... certainly such a thing can be administered for a tiny fraction of the cost of caring for these people within society, and it protects kids by taking these people, and giving them incentive to live off somewhere removed from the rest of us

No wonder California is falling apart and so many families wanting to move go the East in my state because of how corrupted the medical system & financial situation is in the Golden State! I don't even know how Moore didn't got 25+ YEARS to life in prison for doing such an act to a child that young in person if I read his record correctly because that's a serious punishment nationwide let alone in my state as well as we're more harsher toward sex offenders blissfully which is why it's so safe to live here. I'm just relieved he didn't assaulted any kids that were leaving their campus because no school district should be around homeless tents as it seems so barbaric to me that's even allowed and that he sorta deserved to get punch being that the parent is in fear of how be would sell drugs to not only lure children himself but possibly to women that are also homeless and even vulnerable as well. I really love California but I don't know how long the state will hold up by the time we reach the year 2030 because San Fran is clearly falling apart and feel so awful for Jon and his baby having to live in a nasty neighborhood that isn't child friendly to walk out in public.
Also, doesn't Moore understand how DANGEROUS that drug is?! It's practically him selling poisoned pills in front of a school and don't get how California is allowing this type of behavior in the gayest-friendly city in the West Coast. Doesn't make any sense to me.
