If you have a microwave then you can heat the bread with a cup of warm water in with it for 20 to 30 seconds and it'll taste like freshly baked. Just don't let it stand too long afterwards, then it becomes even harder lol 👍

@@WaleandMe you make a fantastic team and i love following your adventure. as soon as im up i look for your vlogs and once they appear, all work stops until ive seen the latest mission. then i rewatch it either saturday evening or sunday just incase my dogs distracted me and i missed a bit. i have 2 border collies, but unlike cookie theyre not b/w. one is pure white with blue eyes. shes totally deaf, partially sited and is a little brain damage, but she lives life to the full and what shes cant do her sister who's also mainly white with a smudge of brown and black on 1 ear and brown eyes (no issues at all) keeps her in check. when its bed time i tell daisy to wake belle as we found if daisy woke her it stressed her out a lot less. they are my world and give me a reason to get up every day and engage with the world since my hubby lost his 5mth battle with 8/ different cancers. so your weekly vlogs bring me so much happiness to watch. you remind me of my hubby and i when we first got together and were new to d.i.y. my hubby eventually had his own business building, so keep going my lovelies you can achieve so much together xxxxx

older or neglected dogs sometimes have problems with their teeth, it's hard for them to chew such hard food. maybe next time add some warm water and it will soften?
We’ve tried it but Cookie gets impatient and walks away if we take too long. That’s why we started giving him soft food as well. But he seems pretty happy with the mix ♥️
You definitely lack solar panels or other sources of energy (e.g. mini windmill). Haven't you thought about entering into some cooperation with a sponsor? Most of the people I watch on yt and live off grid get solar panels and batteries simply for advertising and don't have to pay for anything.
Yes, we need to upgrade the system for it to work in the darker months for sure. But right now it’s not in our budget and we’re too small to get those opportunities.. Maybe in the future 😅
my cats once had to eat cheap food because the good quality one ran out and I order it online because there is none in the local store. I call these cheap sachets "cat chips" because it is unhealthy and full of flavor additives and not meat. After this case my cats became totally picky and did not want to eat good food anymore 😭
Ale I have noticed a good change in you! Please don't forget to burn sage and tell any lost spirits that this is your home, not theirs. Tell them they will not affect you because you are strong. In indigenous culture there are folk tales of little people that live in the mountains and forests on tall hills. They lure you in with a sound, voice, or some sort of chime noise. Then they trap you in an invisible box where no one can find you. There's panic and intense worry you go through. They think its a joke or entertaining to them. Tales say the come in and play jokes in your home. Suddenly things are misplaced, go missing, light bulbs start going out etc. If they follow you home its normally because you invaded their space in nature. Always be kind and acknowledge their presence. Give them little offerings like food or ribbon. I live in suburbia U.S. Don't think I'm crazy! These tales have been around as long as time. The unnatural world is unique. My husband thinks I'm nuts when I bring these things up, but I think he likes to pretend it could be. I tell him there is no harm in believing in magical creatures, billions of people do it everyday with their religion ;) Who knows they might be able to help you with your plants. Dogs are supposed to be human’s best friend. I fully understand why you guys can’t have them in your time house, but it just makes me so sad that their “owner” (I hate to use that word, because in our family, our dogs truly are part of our family, and we think of them as our children, so we are their parents) treats them the way they do. They are so lucky to have you two, who care so much for them 🧡 Great progress on your studio!!! 🥰🧡🥰 Aaaawwww, that little snail is so cute 🥰
We’re exactly like you in believing that pets are a part of the family and deserve all the love and commitment. Unfortunately in this area dogs are just seen as working animals and many are not treated very well. But luckily Cookie and Rocky’s owners love them and care for them to the best of their ability. And we’re happy to be able to provide some extra love and yummy food, and fill in the gaps when needed (like medication) 😊♥️
Yeah we actually have one but still need to get a cheap second hand compressor and Warner also loves his battery one. It’s one of his favourite tools now 😄

Haha yes, we’ve had this too with other animals. My mum is in a constant battle with her cats because they refuse the high quality stuff completely 🙈

There are pneumatic nailguns with compressors - they are much lighter, but you need a compressor....
