its a good ideia add a stepup after de the batterys, when the tension drops below 12v, the stepup will increse that

When you add batteries in series you dont increase the Amps, just the voltage. So, only 10A. BTW, teslas 4680 is only 9Ah, so you only have 12V 9Ah
about 26 Ah
Tesla's 4680 cell is believed to have a capacity of about 26 Ah
and by 150a he mean max discharge rate
