You can re-purpose DJI AGROS 30 Drone to carry 1 person since it's muxmum take off is 78Kg with power consumption of 6200w and it can hover 10 - 15 minutes with 51v 18000Ah battery.
You can improve it by making biger battery and changing to biger motors since the factory motors has Max power consumption of 8300w

That 3A charger will take forever to charge that pack.
Assuming the cells are each capable of a 1C charge rate, then the combined pack can be charged at 10 C.
10C equates to a charge rate of 20 amps.
If you use a proper 20 Amps charger with Constant Charging and Constant Voltave you can charge that battery pack for 2½ hours top,
