9 Watts for my BT router. I’ve been looking at my overnight baseload and the results are interesting. 50 Watts without fridge freezer, 130 Watts when the compressor runs.
9 Watts isn’t much, but what is astonishing are the multitude of other little consumers it adds up to £175 over a year at 40p/kWh:
    Some interesting things to consider:
Neon lights on Isolator switches 0.5 Watts each
Recently I bought a thermal camera to research other things and discovered by accident some other heat sources
    Wall mounted PIR switches,
    Doorbell transformer,
These things really surprised me as I thought such things would only emit heat when an end consumer was switched on.
All told I found that 0.5 Watts Network Switch, 2 Watts Oven and Microwave, 2 Watts Solar Inverter, 2 Watts Hotwater Controller, 2 Watts Car charger, 1.5 Watts home automation microprocessor didn’t add up to 50 Watts.
But those pir switches I haven’t measured yet, they could make up a significant balance since I have 7 switches in my house.
One reassuring thing is that smoke and heat alarms emit no detectable heat signature of their own.

That is really interesting. The neon lights on isolator switches using 0.5w each isn't even something that most would consider. I found similar when running tests and something as simple as leaving the microwave door open (activating the internal light) used more power than some actual appliances and devices.
You are absolutely right, collectively all the little things add up.
