    Ginger and Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
    Kashmiri red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
    Black pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Chicken Tandoori Masala - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
    Oil - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
    Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    Red Food Colour - 1 /2 tsp
    Salt - 2 tsp
    For Frying 3 to 4 tbsp Oil
    For Cooking the Rice:

    Basmati Rice ( Soaked ) - 1 kg
    Water - 3 Litre
    Salt -4 tsp
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Mint leaves - 15
    Black pepper - 12
    Clove - 5
    Cardamom - 3
    Star Flower - 1
    Shah Zeera - 1/2 tsp
    Bay Leaf - 3
    For the Gravy:

    Oil - 3/4 cup

    Tomato- 5
    Green Chilli - 4
    Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    Tandoori Masala - 2 tbsp

    Salt
    Yogurt - 300 gm
    Mint and coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
    Red food colour - 1/2 tsp
    Koyla - 1
    Ghee - 1tsp
    Water 1 cup optional
