This is a lovely tasting tandoori I made it for myself and my neighbour. Anyway she ate 3 of these legs and yet she's not a big lady she said that was so delicious she had to eat all of them. I had one and it's really nice I love how this recipe uses the leftover marinade of tandoori and makes it into a sauce yum yum. And the riata was delicious as well. Very good recipe I didn't have a gas burner so after cooking the legs I threw them under the grill for a few minutes did just as well. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
