    Absolutely mouthwatering! I do have a few superior fish mongers - albeit at least an hours drive, and make an outing to visit and stock up on things not available where I live, picking up the seafood last and then head home. A bit pricey and worth it to splurge a little a few times when in season. Gather up a nice intimate circle of friends and we whip up a James Beard worthy meal and enjoy an evening of fun, fabulous food and friendship. Will prepare this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing. Love the way you explain things so anyone experienced or not, to be able to turn out an exciting meal to be remembered. Much respect! ❤️

      The lungs are cracky in a bad way. I also remove the apron. Get the frozen ones that have not been cleaned. Clean them when thawed. The flavor is still there. I am a Maryland girl. Love soft shells anytime.

    I've had this at food and wine south beach I was the first one in line they weren't prepared and the soft crab was chewey.. food sucked 2 years in a row this year he came with a cold hot dogs gimme a break
