My man! Thats how we do it in Maryland! I usually put them on toasted potatoe bread with tarter sauce lettuce and onions. With a side of fries and a dill pickle spear.
MD boy here I love them on some good bread with mayo lettuce tomato even some pickles man there is nothing like some MD blue crabs and the softies are just as good way less work. Good to see the young ones eating them. I know when I was young I wouldn't touch the soft ones.

You don't need the flour I feel it makes them worse. They really are great just like he makes them. Make a po-boy with them lettuce tomatoes onion pickle mayo things like that
I just put house of autry, old Bay, and JO #2 in a ziplock bag and then drop the crabs in. Shake around and put in deep fryer! Just ate 5 about 30 mins ago! So easy to cook. 5 mins and done
Soft shell crabs are one of my favorite seafoods. The only thing that ruins soft shell crabs is too much salt. Those soft shells soak up salt 10 times more.👍

One of my favorite places to eat does a soft shell crab taco on a flour tortilla with cole slaw and it is amazing.
I think my gout flared while watching. Totally worth it.
