  • Welcome back to another episode where I work on the minty grey 240sx hatch. This video I film the process of replacing all of the power steering components and upgrade them with the aftermarket chase bays power steering kit. During this process I also install a brand new steering rack from enjuku. Hope you all enjoy and get some valuable information along the way.
Thank you for tuning in and I hope you are all enjoying the restoration series on the s13. Don't forget to show support by dropping a like/comment and subscribing to the channel(:

For o rings you should use the fluid that’s in the system to lubricate them. All o rings that are designed for a system should cooperate with the fluid in the system

If you flip the reservoir bracket over and move it to the 2 holes to the left of the one you’re using, the reservoir will be in the oem location

I’m about to buy this kit, except with a cooler. You’re going to boil the fluid without some type of cooler or loop, as the stock lines consist of a cooling loop on the return. Friend’s car has the loop removed and the fluid boils with typical easy daily driving.

Appreciate the advice, I was hoping I wouldn’t have to spend the extra couple hundred on a cooler. It however does have the factory ones on the back of the rack, do you think it will still have the overheating issues?
