I love all of your lip techniques and have worked at implementing the majority of them. I am 63 with naturally thin lips that are now even thinner. I, for the most part, do not have "special events" or anything resembling this in my lifestyle however what I try to do is practice these techniques on a regular basis by perhaps changing out the pencil shade ( as well as playing around with lipstick) and or the pressure that I use on my lips with the pencil to be workable for daytime wear so I can feel special everyday.💄

Very correct video and very solid, honest presentation. Who can say lip reduction here, who has a problem with this so nice natural lips, no way, in any case and/or form, that these lips, need reduction. I am skin expert, formulating as well my skin care too, but Madame Nichol is one and only, one of the few out there who knows the subject indeed. Upper lip is always much thinner then downer one, the rest is genetics. This is beyond natural, and is very nicely done tutorial, make up is as always, discreet and pretty correct. I support Nickols line, and her advices, and competence wins always, as we know, cheers and keep going!

I used to have very full lips, also and used to get teased about it. I'm Italian-American and many of us have fuller lips. If I'm not mistaken, Nikol is Greek. Many women in that Mediterranean-African region have full lips...along with more melanin. 😊

You've got great lips. Mine used to to be slightly fluffier. I'm 56 and I've noticed I'm losing a little volume in my lips. I love your lip tips. I've used them to make my lips fuller. I stopped highlighting my hair a year or more ago. I was amazed to see that my silver is only around my face, then sprinkled a tiny bit elsewhere. I love my natural color. The last time I saw it I was 17....and wanted blonde. I enjoy your videos!

Thankful for the small mouth - if it were wider, my lips would be even skinnier. Lol. I think this hack will work on my beak. Going to practice this one for sure! Because of the peaks of my Cupid’s bow, connecting it even slightly looks like I made a mistake, unfortunately.

Love this technique! I'm 67 wrinkles around my lips. They are a normal size, but the sides have always been a little thin so I have to overline. All my fullness is in the center. Going to try this. Just hope it doesn't make the sides look smaller than they already are.

Terrific technique. Fortunately with the use of coconut oil & castor oil I’ve retained volume in my lips at 67 years of age. Feathery mouth lines and wrinkles around the mouth area can be minimised. But there’s no substitute for healthy lips and imaginative lip application. Thank you for your practical tips. They are most helpful.
Nikol, I’m extremely insecure about my lips as I have both a small mouth and small lips. An acquaintance recently told me I have the smallest lips she’s ever seen. I was crushed. I can certainly relate in a small way to the negative comments people make to you. I’m sure it can be very hard for you sometimes but like you say, we’re Teflon!!! Striving to do so! I will try this technique and hope it works.

I have full lips that I was so self-conscious about as a young girl and teen that I didn't learn to love until my mid twenties. I used to never put lipstick on as I didn't want to draw attention to them. Then one day someone did my make-up and put on me this cranberry lipstick and I was in love with it! It was after that day that I started to appreciate my full lips and later on big lips were all the rage and still are!

You have good lips..good for you!. I am 64 and I still have good lips.... yes people have commented. Took good care of them stopped smoking when I was 20, always hydrate them with day and night creams and sunscreen....they are part of my face ...right? I am also fairly proup of my ``décolté``. My mother always said when cream your face ......the face ends in the crack :). Nature has been good with me and I show gratitude by taking care of what I have.

1st off, who the heck would talk down about your lips, they are beautiful!! I also was made fun of because my top lip was larger then the bottom but the older I got the more compliments I got from men on them so now I love them!! We all need to learn to love what the good Lord blessed us with!!
I love this and yes I will try it ! I’m a girl from the 80’s so I use lip liner, line and fill in with liner then apply lipstick. Especially when doing a bold color so it stays. I had a young one ask me how my red lipstick stays put. I shared. Yes ladies lift each other up. Don’t knock down. Not cool.

Terrific technique. Fortunately with the use of coconut oil & castor oil I’ve retained volume in my lips at 67 years of age. Feathery mouth lines and wrinkles around the mouth area can be minimised. But there’s no substitute for healthy lips and imaginative lip application. Thank you for your practical tips. They are most helpful.
Nikol, I’m extremely insecure about my lips as I have both a small mouth and small lips. An acquaintance recently told me I have the smallest lips she’s ever seen. I was crushed. I can certainly relate in a small way to the negative comments people make to you. I’m sure it can be very hard for you sometimes but like you say, we’re Teflon!!! Striving to do so! I will try this technique and hope it works.
Hi Janet! As I read your comment there is a cute picture in my mind of former days, where no woman had lip plumper. This beautiful small and innocent lips were normal and I am very, very sure, that this time will come back soon. I'm quiet sure, that the trends of overlong lashes, lips like ducks, etc. in next time will stop and your cute little mouth is what everybody who had surgeries on his poor lips will highly regret. I love this technique you just demonstrated, as well as the "Helen Mirren" technique, in which you placed a shadow above and below your lips. My lips have thinned, and l know the Helen Mirren technique works beautifully on me.

I wish my lips were puffy again. Mine are not as full as they were when I was younger. I'm thankful for what I do have and I can still apply my own makeup. Thank you for the demonstration and instructions for this lip look. It's beautiful and I love it.

Nikol I am watching you apply your lip liner from the side and I can't believe how beautiful you are. Your eyes and lips...I am basically jealous. I totally hear you about never being able to please everyone even after you made videos for multiple budgets lol I've looked at your comments before and sometimes wonder if they just watch the video to note complaints? Only in a perfect world would one technique/color/template/budget work for all, of course each person will need to adjust accordingly to themselves. I have full lips that I was so self-conscious about as a young girl and teen that I didn't learn to love until my mid twenties. I used to never put lipstick on as I didn't want to draw attention to them. Then one day someone did my make-up and put on me this cranberry lipstick and I was in love with it! It was after that day that I started to appreciate my full lips and later on big lips were all the rage and still are!

You have good lips..good for you!. I am 64 and I still have good lips.... yes people have commented. Took good care of them stopped smoking when I was 20, always hydrate them with day and night creams and sunscreen....they are part of my face ...right? I am also fairly proup of my ``décolté``. My mother always said when cream your face ......the face ends in the crack :). Nature has been good with me and I show gratitude by taking care of what I have.
Nikol, you’re beautiful, and I think that you’re lucky to have full lips. As you age, you won’t have that issues that us thinner lip ladies have to contend with. Thanks for all of your time devoted to these videos, I appreciate you very much.

1st off, who the heck would talk down about your lips, they are beautiful!! I also was made fun of because my top lip was larger then the bottom but the older I got the more compliments I got from men on them so now I love them!! We all need to learn to love what the good Lord blessed us with!!
I love this and yes I will try it ! I’m a girl from the 80’s so I use lip liner, line and fill in with liner then apply lipstick. Especially when doing a bold color so it stays. I had a young one ask me how my red lipstick stays put. I shared. Yes ladies lift each other up. Don’t knock down. Not cool.
