Hmmm...Rouge Noir is my fave by far! I have Vamp and wonder if they’re close enough that I don’t need both!? I’m thinking...YEP!!! At almost $30/bottle...definitely yep! 🤣🤣
Rouge Noir is beautiful! And they are very similar, the only thing would be, Vamp has a bit of shimmer - still beautiful though.
