I came across your channel today, and i am so glad i did. Answer to Q3...I do this by being a role model for the students. I show no partiality towards any student and make sure not to have any favorite in my class. All students are treated fairly, and I always encourage my students to do the same. I also include social and emotional learning sessions where students have the chance to discuss how they would handle basic misunderstandings themselves in a mature manner. I am a high school teacher, thanks.
I am so happy to welcome you to our community! Your approach to fostering a positive learning environment is spot on. Scholars thrive in an environment where there is equity, care, and consistency. This is a great summary from your perspective, but I am a bit concerned that all five of these questions are worded and ordered exactly as the questions addressed and talked about in a video posted three years ago by @Ayyoteach (ruclips.net/video/-RJMwxtNVqU/видео.html). If that video had any influence on this video, I think a reference or citation in the video summary would be in order.

But with respect to your interview and not being in America, have you explored resources on (I believe it is a H1B VIsas) to work in the US as a teacher? It is not my area of expertise but let me look around there are some RUclips channels that specialize in that particular process.
Appreciate this a lot❤❤😇😇🙏
My pleasure! Glad that the content is helpful. Thanks for being a part of our community.
Hi Gordon....I am encourage to apply teaching job in the U.S, Im a Filipino with 17yrs teaching experience. Do I have a chance to be accepted at my age of 42?
You absolutely do! 17 years of teaching experience is so valuable and needed. We will always need educators who are passionate and want to use this experience to inspire our scholars. Best of luck to you.

Hi Janeil. Thanks for your question. Let me see if I can put together some resources for you.

I have school teacher interviews for UK after two months. Can you help me
Absolutely! How can I assist you? What would be helpful to you in your preparation?
Can you tell me about some commonly asking school teacher interview questions and answers, especially by UK head teachers.I am from India and I don't know about the UK school system and curriculum.
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you tuning in and contributing to our growing community.
