Nice, but you need the shade of a porch in Texas. The hot, sunny days require an outdoor space with covering and fans to be usable most of the year.
With the huge, floor to ceiling windows wverywhere, unshaded in Texas heat, are there special coatings or engineering to keep them from causing exorbitant heating costs in this crazy Texas heat?
I'm in love with this house's floor plan. And the design choices for the kitchen and bathrooms are superb. I could permanently live happily in this ❤
I loved this house and everything in it so much that I saved heaps of pictures of the design and each room for my dream home ideas scrap book! Its interesting how much I love minimalist designs and chromatic colors. As soon as you stepped inside and showed the living room/kitchen, my heart rate slowed and I felt peaceful. Some houses just hit the right spot, you just know that this is a design style that your spirit loves. That's why I love your channel so much, you show us so many different and amazing places, that you soon learn what floats your boat and what doesn't!!

For all of you who love the layout...What are your thoughts about placing the main tv viewing at the dining room table vs the living room couch? Maybe the tv pivots???
It was definitely weird but understandable since the large window looking out is further down, I’d hate to walk through the “living room” to carry food to the dining table if they were switched! But if it was me, I’d just ex the idea of indoor dining table and eat at the counter or an outdoor space, and put the couch where the tv is, with just an extra seating area half the far end!
It's frankly terrible. Makes the space feel cramped!

I like the kitchen, it's very simple and the backsplash window is amazing to look out. I also like the picture frame windows throughout the house.
Good luck keeping that backsplash window clean. Also there is not much work surface on that bank, what with cooker and sink. The cabinets are not very far off the cooker, which could cause an issue. Also, at my height, I would not be seeing out the windows at all. At the sink I would be looking at cabinets.

That is a beautiful ABB! The clean white almost Scandinavian aesthetic is very nice! Do all of those windows have screens to open that place up fully to the cool TX evenings of the fall/winter? The only thing I would change personally is the TV area. I would wedge the living room next to the kitchen so you could look directly at the TV vs. the angles that you have in the setup you showed. Then place the dining table by those big windows. A bit odd but I think it be wonderful to have breakfast in all that bright light. Overall, the windows and natural lighting within the TX meadows are stunning. Would love to see this in Blue Belle season. God bless you and yours!

Fantastic video Levi! 🎉 I love how Texas has so many different looks depending on the area. I lived in both the Austin area and then the far East Area and so vastly different! I remember reading that The Chosen tv show actually recorded several scenes from Texas! The scenery in this video reminds me of some of the episodes. It’s a beautiful that’s unique. As for the interior it’s definitely a different kind of style but works well for the house. You always do so well bringing the best out of each place you go to. I recently have started recording the airbnbs we stay at bc we travel extensively and use them a lot! Let’s just say my respect for your skills has tripled since trying my hand at it 😂 keep up the amazing work! ❤🎉

It's beautiful once again! And though it's on the large side of a tiny, rather small home, it's still minimal, simple, and clean. I really like the decor choices and arrangement of furniture, though white walls aren't my thing nor are the paintings in the wall, but I'd most certainly still stay here if I lived closer to Texas. And if I did, I'd love to hear about the parcels if land for sale & would want to build one for myself for sure! Thanks for another great video and including your beautiful family!😊👍

Don't mind the minimalistic home. The white walls, the simplicity of minimal, the mundane of basics. Organizational adheres to minimal too.
What I don't like is the weeds growing in the slate box gravel area. Minimal is supposed to be basic and clean. Without clutter. Without mess. Can't believe you showed this as a model home. And I'm not talking about the prairie grass.

@@LeviKellyToursbut if you need further hair growth, look for any cold processed soap made with pure virgin coconut oil. it stimulates hair growth, prevents dandruff and itchiness and naturally makes hair soft but stronger. Better if you use warm water to wet the hair. Downside : if you dont rinse it properly, the scalp may accumulate some residue
That stepped patio deck bothers me. I've seen that on other houses and it always looks unfinished to me. If you're gonna do that add a tent or umbrella or pergola. Something for shade. Or at least some large potted trees or greenery. I don't like outdoor spaces that can only be used in perfect, fair weather.
It's amazing what you cam do with a couple of singlewides and a cow pasture these days! And I'm actually being serious, the owners did a great job!

I can guarantee you 100% that NOBODY would ever buy it for anywhere close to that here in TX! Tops maybe 200k
The house looks nice outside except for the roof. The flat roof joining the two sections of peak roof is awkward and is going to be prone to leaks. Better to have joined the two main roofs. It would be more pleasing to the eye, simpler to build and maintain, and much more likely to prevent leaks.
Whatever IDIOT put the cooktop under a window, with cabinets that low, hasobviously never cooked a big meal. Ir is dangerous to start with. I doubt those cabinets meet building code. It would have been better to move the range into the island. Certainly safer. Even with the pantry there is a shortage of upper cabinet storage, so that wide window really does not work. Having seen those double drawer freezers, i hate them. They may work for a seasonal or short term stay, but as a house, they only work if you have a proper freezer. A good sized turkey won't fit.
The TV in the dining room shows a lack of planning. Reverse the living room furniture. With views everywhere there does not need to be a huge window opposite the sofa. Put the TV on the wall where the sofa is now, with the back of the couch to that living room window.
What does strike me is that this was designed for people well under 6 foot. At 6'2" im not one of the taller people in my family. I have two cousins who stand 7 foot. The furniture in this place would be very uncomfortable as there is no support for upper backs and shoulders.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great design. The white walls and lack of millwork would drive me nuts in the ling term, but as a short stay rental it would work. The ine thing is really do like is that there is a proper entrance hall joining the two halves of the house. Every home should have that.

Just seems like a very basic home that needs different amenities and work on the grass. Sucks that you seem to be somehow bought off by these airbnbs could be free nights. But videos have gotten really basic instead of you showing us Airbnbs we actually want to stay in.

I don't get much this obsession that Americans have for fire pits and hot tubs ? Can't you have some kind of ethanol fire for instance, directly on the deck?
This is a unique sample set. Most people in the US do not have any space for a fire pit and hot tub. Think of the largest most populated cities, very few have these things. A hot tub in NYC or Chicago or Boston is a luxury amenity.

Might want to look up minimalism if you believe it has anything to do with the common man. Minimalism has always been about the rich eschewing clutter and concentrating on big things; tables, couches, countertops, showers, bedrooms, area rugs, windows, etc. It creates quite a distinctive look.
