2019 Honda Insight Transmission Fluid Change

How to change transmission fluid on a 2019 Honda Insight.
I used Valvoline Maxlife Transmission Fluid but the Genuine Honda ATF DW-1 is the optimal choice for this car.
work took about a half hour.
