The picture adds a huge depth to this soundtrack somehow and makes you feel it different
Yeah, the fact they made unique artwork for it elevates it
The subtext is, Edward is in a conductor pose on the cover because he performed this soundtrack entirely by using alchemy to vibrate molecules in the air to generate sound, he WAS the conductor and the orchestra.
My deepest respect on your extended mix my good sir, I approve the passion and purpose behind it.
It keeps us in the struggle continuously for 33:29 and ignites the spirit and determination to keep fighting, especially when our back is against the wall.
I found this song again yesterday after 10 years when I found myself on the ground, bruised and defeated. It is giving me the courage to get up and keep fighting.
Sometimes music comes back into our lives when we need it most.

We should be applying this song like you are, in our own lives, not while playing DnD. The battles we fight in real life (including those we are oblivious to) are more important than trivial pursuits.

Seen this anime twice and I want to watch the ending just because of how EPIC it is. The music is the the icing on the cake with the cherry on top.

The ending being like 16 episodes, gotta start from the whole battle for central of course
My experience was that Brotherhood felt like I was watching how the events unfolded in a prime universe, and the original Fullmetal Alchemist series took place in an alternate reality where terrible things happened to characters that never should have, with a bad (as in a negative video game due to player choices) ending that felt like everyone was denied their true destiny.
Brotherhood felt like the pilot was correcting fate, the who’s thing was cathartic for me. This is what happens when their entire manga is complete before toy develop an amine. Creators don’t get to take liberties with an unfinished plot.

well, my opinion is that brotherhood is better overall it's just i like some of the ideas for fma but I just love Hiromu Arakawa can't wait for here new manga.
ps, just my summary and opinion ;)
I watched the og back then 2004-2007 during Saturday nights adult swim and saw this later during college. I love both but fmab is honestly better just cuz will written narrative just fits so well and pacing was great. The other was like a pilot but Is also cool unique way with animation and story. they’re both good. Brotherhood is best in my opinion
