in Miami he was arguably the best defender in the league, he shot 41 percent from 3-point range, he was averaging clost to a 30 point triple double for multiple seasons in a row, and he weighed about 270 pounds of pure muscle. 2012 and 2013 was peak. especially because at that point he was a 8 year vet. he was smarter.

Unreal, but not a shock since we had seen Jordan play at that level for 13 years. He also came to Chicago with no supporting cast, but he stuck around and helped make them winners. Apparently, that was too hard for LeBron.
Ok love the video, but just have to make one correction on "the Cavs stalled on a contract extension for Boozer". They could have brought him back for the next year with their team option for pennies (about $600k), but he told them he would re-sign with the team on a longer contract. So the Cavs, wanting to do right by their player on his word, declined the team option so they could extend him. Once they declined the team option though, Boozer stabbed them in the back and took a contract with the Jazz that the Cavs could not possibly match. Extension talks did not stall, he straight up lied to their faces.
Lebron taking Varejoas side in him holding out says all you need to know when you hear "The Cavs had a roster of overpaid talent". The Cavs weren't trying to save money, they were trying to get better. He also pushed to get Tristan Thompson a max contract in his second stint, like bro they can only spend so much

The best actually sports creator
frrrr
I never actually payed attention to his numbers his first stint in Cleveland but DAMN yea I see why people say this version of him is the best but after watching this I have to say the best versions of Bron are
1. 2015-18
2. 2005-09
3. 2010-14
4. 2020-present
I get he won in Miami but individually this is it
in Miami he was arguably the best defender in the league, he shot 41 percent from 3-point range, he was averaging clost to a 30 point triple double for multiple seasons in a row, and he weighed about 270 pounds of pure muscle. 2012 and 2013 was peak. especially because at that point he was a 8 year vet. he was smarter.
@@paulh.9937 he only shot over 40% once in Miami and he’s basically almost averaged a triple double for his whole career and he was a great defender his first stint in Cleveland too he just didn’t get the recognition because that era was stacked with elite defensive players like howard ben wallace kg duncan etc and his peak his fasho 2016-18
Joel embodies catching stays 😂 7:28
Young LeBron going to game 7 with two eventual NBA champions is mindblowing to be honest.
21:15 not definitive the 01’ Sixers was maybe worse and look at what AI did with them you can argue 01’ Sixers or 07’ Cavaliers
Just finished the video amazing!

2:37 The fact that he dunked it is crazy
Aye man, I would have left for Miami too. Literally all of us would have
Since you said it can be reviewed in 3 parts, when we getting parts 2 and 3?
I’m old enough to remember LeBron’s pre-draft hype, and yeah, it was absolutely insane. The fact that he exceeded his expectations is honestly his biggest flex.
Great video. LeBron's first Cleveland stint was indeed awe-inspiring.
He def was a young phenom coming into the league, staying thru the ups and downs would have put more respect on his name. People say no one wanted to go to CLE but when he went back was able to get whoever he wanted. Shits wild
oh my goodness imagine a prime bron and black mamba finals, would've been pure basketball poetry
The most athletic player ever in this era. Mind boggling gifted.
6:19-6:22
Correction: The Spurs were the defending champions
I don’t think i could EVER find love greater than what lebron makes me feel
The 25 pts straight on the pistons was just ridiculous
How good was Derrick wright
Don't ever call LeBron a better in game dunker than Vince Carter ever again
He is 💀
@@skillfulkaotic3678 With what? The same Tomahawk?
People say he was bad cause of not winning championships right away .. bro look at his teammates..he is giving his all but no help..
That’s what I always say
I agree with this one I love him when he was in Cleveland after that mehh...
He should have at least 5 MVPs. They also gave his first all-defense selection to Kirk Hinrich even though he was statistically better and significantly more versatile.
He's the greatest floor raiser/"does the most with less" player in NBA history, and is part of his GOAT argument
I was always in a unique position for this. I've been a long time Heat fan but I'm also from Columbus, OH. Watching the way LeBron was treated for choosing to leave was sad. This man mad Cleveland relevant, let alone thrive, as a City (cc: the Browns haha). But the Cavs were just trash. When he went to the Heat, I didn't particularly "want" him but was glad to have the best, and 4 Finals in 4 years showed that. Nothing was funnier than when he returned, suddenly he was a savior again.
As much as I love LeBron’s dunks… I think the chase down block is his SIGNATURE move!
an 18 year old lebron had the highest expectations ever coming into the league and exceeded them all. GOAT
Expert level ad seque honestly
First stint cavs bron was the most athletic player ive ever seen lol that dude was stronger faster and jump higher than everyone lol
Facts I never seen that type of explosiveness from a young player still
And a choker
@ lol whatever u say mate
Cleveland was really like "nope we haven't seen enough to build around this player" 😂😂
16:37 damn Shaq BRO
This was the best LeBron. I don't think he's the GOAT, but he's definitely the most athletic of all time.
Why isn't he the goat?
@Mali-jw6im he's lost more finals than he's been in. MJ won every Finals he was in. LeBron also won 2 on D Wades team, and one only because Kevin Durant got injured.
@Kyle-xe5qx "on Dwades team" LeBron was by far the best player on the those heat teams, also wdym Kevin Durant got injured?
@@Kyle-xe5qxi dont get why people knock him for the finals losses besides the 2011 one. His early finals appearances were him literally carrying a garbage team to the finals and if u watched the video you fan see just how bad they were without him. He also played against some of the best teams of all time later on in his career. MJ won every finals he was in sure, but he also didn’t even make the finals alot more times. And you definitely dont look good saying kevin durant got injured when he won because KD wasnt on the warriors in 2016
@@GeoX242 Context is too complicated for some people to consider when debating sports, especially when nostalgia is factored into play.….and to be honest, WEMBY will likely become the GOAT 10-15 years from now, but I’m gonna be too nostalgic about the Lebron era to admit it😂
Mannnnn the good old days. Back when the nba was good
The glazing of LeBron on channel is continues. Saying that LeBron “quickly overtook Vince Carter as the best in-game dunker” is utterly ridiculous. 2:49
if its in game dunking the Bron is as crazy as Vince... at that age Bron was doing 360, 180, windmills, freethow line dunking, In your face disrespecful dunking, over the glass, he even did a between the legs... name it... he got trampoline and head above the rim....
Not meaning he was as entertaining as Vince at his peak, just that by that time, LeBron was the best...until maybe Blake. You just read it wrong.
Calling someone glazing but this turd glazes skip Bayless is crazy... This must be one of skips multiple dummy accounts🤡
@@MikeBeltMikeBelt he is though ....I was a VC fan but when I watch Bron he is the real deal.... people how entertaining the Cavs Bron was...
damien burke? name sounds too gay
LeBron back then was my favorite player
Along side Allen Iverson
He was such force of nature
Ohio could hate Lebron for what he did back then, but he lowkey saved the franchise. He showed them how to properly manage a team, and how they can lose stars by bad management. He also came back and gave them a chip. You guys can't ever be mad with Lebron. The Cavs are in an all time high as a team right now.
I'd put him in the same level with Brock Lesnar athleticism-wise. Just pure freaks!
in 2013 he was 270 pounds at 6 foot 9 with a ridiculous 44 inch vertical leap
He a better athlete than Brock
Cavs Bron was unstoppable it's shame cavs wasted his prime couldn't get him help to win championship
So we just gonna gloss over the fact that he quit in the Celtics series? If he didn’t quit, they likely would have beat Boston
Honestly I think the Cavs were happy just to have a star filling the seats. They didn’t care to add help to the team. Just sell tickets that’s all !!!!
7 years, that man dragged that Cavs team behind his back, refused to build a cohesive team around. Cannot blame him for leaving.
2006-07 Cleveland Cavaliers season is still the best achievement of LBJ IMO.
Not compared to the 3-1 comeback in 2016 finals or his 2017-18 season.
When the Cavs defense bailed him out of half those wins they needed to get to the finals?
The entire league had to adjust for him. He was that good
This was his prime as just being a hooper by far he got worst every year after his 2nd season and still was the best in the league for 20 years it’s insane when you think about it
Those who get it and was there will understand what I’m saying he was unbelievable and that “ killer instinct “ was there. He still the goat but if he had semi decent co star not even HOFS like Jordan/kobe (LeBron later on) yall would see bron in a different light it would be no question who’s the goat
This def aint his prime, heat lebron is stronger and more athletic as well as being his physical prime and the 2nd stint cavs lebron is his best mix of physicality and skill as he had the most experience before the beginning of his decline(although his decline is very slow)
His first run with the Cavs Lebron James had a fantastic career with the Cleveland Cavaliers he’s won two MVP awards with one NBA finals appearance he is the greatest cavalier ever!
Lebron really had 4 peaks
Rookie season
Cavs 3rd season
Heat
2nd stint for the Cavs
Hell even now..Father Time 🐐
Cleveland didn’t get swept by the Spurs in 2007. It was 5 games if my memory serves me right.
Extension talks did not stall, he straight up lied to their faces.
calling wizards a cavs customer is dirty work😂😂
Lebron taking Varejoas side in him holding out says all you need to know when you hear "The Cavs had a roster of overpaid talent". The Cavs weren't trying to save money, they were trying to get better. He also pushed to get Tristan Thompson a max contract in his second stint, like bro they can only spend so much
"we gotta make a big deal so LeBron doesnt keave" proceeds to sign 40 year old shaq..... Bahahahha
do every player who had multiple stints
