    Good cooking skills, seen a few of your videos all very clear instructions. Only problem i have is your steel spoon, all that banging does my ears in(microphone very sensitive)
    maybe time for a wooden one?

    I have never grated a tomato in my entire life. I never knew you can. Better than buying tinned tomatoes which give out a tangy taste.

    Love your recipes but please ask your dishwasher not to make so much noise. He could not be more noisy if he were smashing the plates. 😀

    Why I'm watching this, me a Bangladeshi mums cooking like this day in day out. Jokes aside I really like your video's son. I give approval of all your cooking. I can see you have a passion for cooking. You have to put in your menu meat with red pumpkin very famous in sylhet and mackerel chutney or some of the borthas.

    Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu Latif. I'm going to be brave and do a fish curry with Salmon. I really don't like fish bones. I'm scared of them. What do you think about haddock, cod or plaice curry?

    Looks great, I love fish in curry sauces. The fish you use looks very firm and steak like, what substitute fish available generally could one use? Thanks

    • @yongdrup1062
      @yongdrup1062 4 года назад +1

      Lucy hassett the fish itself become soft and fluffy after all the cooking is done and it has very little bones in it.
      I know it’s not the exact thing you wanted but that is all the info I can give about the texture of the fish.

    Where do you get the fish? I don't eat meat, only fish but Hanley asnt got anywhere to buy fish, my local meat shop only sells panga fillets that fall apart when cooking n tilapia which I don't like to eat bcuz of the controversy about them..
