Good cooking skills, seen a few of your videos all very clear instructions. Only problem i have is your steel spoon, all that banging does my ears in(microphone very sensitive) maybe time for a wooden one?
I have being seeing Mum and aunty making this since my childhood never thought they were doing something that make west so curious... They nailed it every time they cooks
Just made this gorgeous curry for lockdown dinner Oct 2020, used halibut and it was so yummy. Thank you for your amazing tutorial videos, you're the best. Hello to your mum :)
Why I'm watching this, me a Bangladeshi mums cooking like this day in day out. Jokes aside I really like your video's son. I give approval of all your cooking. I can see you have a passion for cooking. You have to put in your menu meat with red pumpkin very famous in sylhet and mackerel chutney or some of the borthas.
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu Latif. I'm going to be brave and do a fish curry with Salmon. I really don't like fish bones. I'm scared of them. What do you think about haddock, cod or plaice curry?
Looks great, I love fish in curry sauces. The fish you use looks very firm and steak like, what substitute fish available generally could one use? Thanks
Lucy hassett the fish itself become soft and fluffy after all the cooking is done and it has very little bones in it. I know it’s not the exact thing you wanted but that is all the info I can give about the texture of the fish.
You’re doing very well Latif.. You have a great talent. Keep sharing your curries, very much appreciated. I wish I lived closer to your restaurant. I’d love to taste your Madras!
Where do you get the fish? I don't eat meat, only fish but Hanley asnt got anywhere to buy fish, my local meat shop only sells panga fillets that fall apart when cooking n tilapia which I don't like to eat bcuz of the controversy about them..
Sorry, please dont use the same cloth to wipe and clean surfaces to cutleries. 🤔. Dont bang the spoon on the pots it would dent them, im sure you spending 💷 money on those. But i will deffo try this dish.
Absolutely love all your shows, I will try this recipe with salmon :)

I have never grated a tomato in my entire life. I never knew you can. Better than buying tinned tomatoes which give out a tangy taste.

Reminds me of ‘fish fry’ I cooked at a cookery class in south India:-) yum!
Amazing
Good videos bro, maybe put an intro and outro clip. Then it will look professional
Looks mouth wateringly good, pity ingredients and method not included.
RUclips search “Darude sandstorm” and click the first video, the recipe is listed in the description.
Is this similar to a Rohu fish curry?
What is the texture like on that fish, so I can find a close approximation of it, (I'm an angler my freezer is full of different fish)
Geoff Saunderson after cooking it’s soft and fluffy with very very less bones
Put this dish on the menu. Looks good!
Saal Husain I’m doing special menu soon which will change all the time so fingers crossed
@@LatifsInspiredloving it with the "continuous improvement"
No ponch poran?
if we make it how do we get rid of the bones. We may not find this fish. and most fish have tiny bones.
Try tilapia fillets or even cod or white fish.
Recipe, please
Is there a written recipe??
Add some enough tamarind juice... It's given more taste to the fish curry

2 cups of oil! That's almost 3000 calories. Suicide food.
But that is for about 8 portions, if u only eat one portion then there's no problem
SianSLP Great! Thanks for explaining. Only quarter of a cup of oil for each person. I was worried then until you explained lol
He used 1 cup of oil in the curry. Another cup to fry the fish, most of which stayed in the pan.
Hahaha bedazzle your viewers with hutki sheera dish. Lol
Is not perfect recipe . To much oil ,
