  • 2024 Subaru WRX TR Night Review: Lighting In-Depth
Join me as we explore the night-time ambiance and functionality of the all-new 2024 Subaru WRX TR. In this detailed review, we'll investigate the vehicle’s proximity system, interior and exterior lighting features, including the full beam patterns of the headlights and the efficiency of interior cabin lights.
🔑 Starting with the proximity system, we delve into the convenience features it offers, such as interior light activation. We discuss the absence of approach lighting and how it affects visibility as you approach the vehicle.
💡 Moving on to the exterior lighting, you'll see the headlights and tail lights in action. We examine the design and practicality of the daytime running lights, side markers, and the bright amber turn signals on both the front and the side mirrors.
🚘 Inside, we scrutinize the interior lighting setup - from the dome lights to the backlit USB ports. We address the lack of puddle and pocket lights and provide feedback on the overall interior illumination against the WRX TR’s dark interior.
💺 Sit back as we test drive the Subaru WRX TR at night, evaluating the performance of the projector headlights, the utility of the fog lights, and the active headlights feature. Plus, witness the automatic high beams in action and how they respond to oncoming traffic.
🌙 Your journey through the Subaru WRX TR’s night lighting won’t just illuminate the car's features - it will also shine a light on areas for improvement and highlight its sleek design elements.

I love this car. I definitely might be trading in my 2017 STI for this.

I dont understand how this is a car in 2024 right and halogen turn signals, zero ambient lighting or puddle/approach lights or anything going on inside or outside of the car. The ford Mustang in 2018 comes with heated steering, recaro leather seats, digital dash with all gauges, active exhaust, all kinds of tech and interior things and this doesnt. And they're over 6 years apart...
