- Dance masters Julien and Marie-émilie from Affordanse are back with their annual ball. this year the theme is the 1896 Olympics. A Victorian Olympics ball?!
Join us for our first time back on the dancefloor, see the four colored teams compete against each other in fun games during dance breaks, such as Hoop Rolling, Table croquet & "Tug of war"! Who will win?!
PLUS a lovely fencing demonstration!

At first it was a bit jarring to see folks in “ordinary” sport and street clothes ballroom dancing. But then I said to myself calm down this is about living the fantasy. And then I suddenly saw ordinary 1896 folks living THEIR fantasy of dancing at a ball in their ordinary clothing and nobody caring about a dress code. Just get up and dance!!! And that was such a delightful thought I laughed out loud. Bravo!!!
