Hi there, how can I put new belts on the car seat, my kid cut them off ;( I have a new set of belts but don"t know how to take the old ones off or hoe to put the new ones, thanks.

Hey - can you remove the car seat straps for cleaning? How would you clean those? My daughter threw up right on the straps :(
We are so sorry! No unfortunately there is not. Our recommendation is to remove the pads on the straps, loosen the harness as much as possible and spot clean with soap and water, allow to dry before tightening again.

you can wash the headrest cover the same way you wash the seat cover! :)
am i aloud to just through it in the washer ? or do i have to clean it a certain way
Yes! Just remove the fabric and throw it in the washer with baby safe detergent! Maxi Cosi also has dryer sage materials which is an option if you’re in a pinch!
Can you make a video showing how to reinstall the cushion? I can't figure it out for the life of me.

I mean it's very dirty, a lot dust
You can take the cover off and then definitely wipe the structure part down! A Clorox wipe would work, or even a paper towel or rag with water or Windex!

Is the head rest portion washable?
Yes, it is! If you remove the fabric from the frame, it is machine-washable!
